One more tip from me since I just went last month alhamdulillah. Take ear plugs if you’re planning on doing tawaf on the main floor. The torpedo groups that push you around also chant really loudly which makes you lose focus on your own duas. The earplugs help block out their very loud chants. If you’re on the first floor then thankfully no chanting and pushing. You just have to watch out for the wheel chairs zipping around you.

Omg I can't believe I forgot this. It is so frustrating because it removes my thoughts and breaks my concentration. Great tip on the ear plugs

omg the best decision i made was plugging in my headphones and listening to Quran during the Sa'i because it really helped block out the loud chanting! I was in my own world even with everything going on around me :)

Don't you know that stones fall from the meteorite belt every day?
Please read 7th. Cent. custom being followed today: Sahih al-Bukhari 4376, 4377.
Above all how naive is it to believe that kissing 8 pebbles on this Earth is the path to Paradise?
Is it wise to believe that the stone which was blasted by the Qarmatians in 930 AD and what is left of it - the 8 pebbles will have eyes and ears and tongue to speak against you on day of resurrection? (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 961)

I understand the thing with the pushing and ive heard that A LOT but having done my first umrah now i must say that I see that everybody deals differently with being in a crowd and everyone has a different level of anxiety and different social norms. Anywhere else on this planet when so many people come together you would literally have a mass panic breaking out and people stepping over each other, trampling people etc.
Mashaallah our Ummah is so unique and you feel so blessed seeing everyone at least TRYING to take care of everybody and in the same time saving themselves.
So i feel like the pushing is so normal and it didnt seem to bother me a lot since i tried to understand thatot everyone has the same manners and etiquettes

I suppose you are one of those who like men - with their lingo erect rubbing against you. Watch Sandra Solomon's (a Saudi) videos to understand what a decent woman accepts as good and bad behaviour at Umrah.

I had the same immediate first reaction on the shock of pushing- but i realised for so many of them, this may be their first-and only overseas travel. They are pushing usually because they want to keep up with their group-the fear of being separated must cause a high degree of personal anxiety. For us who are more seasoned travellers, although we try & keep to our group- if we do get separated, it will not be so distressing & we know we will eventually find our way..Once i saw the world through their lens, each time there was pushing, i looked at the women in question and gave them a warm smile whilst nodding at them "it will be ok.." And this has broken hostility & brought some ease in a more than a few instances..

First time I went on Hajj/Umrah 30 years ago - pushing has always happened. It's sad, in fact disgusting. I once saw a bunch of tall men push this short, elderly woman out of the way like she was a football - the woman fell over, people trampled on her, and the men laughed and gave each other high fives. We will not change these idiots and just be mentally prepared for it 😔😔😔

It’s true that every umrah gives you another experience. I tell myself every time to take my time, especially on safa and marwa. But somehow it’s still not on the pace I would like it to be due to the crowd and security telling others to make space.
What I noticed last summer is that men are not very aware of their surroundings in sa’ee and as a woman alone standing waiting for water when you are thirsty is a wait you can’t win. I wish the men would be more aware of their strength. I am not a pusher so I wait patiently.
Another thing I noticed is their ihraam, the way they throw it over their shoulder not realising how long it is 😂

Great! Kissing stones on Earth is the gateway to heaven because "Allah will raise the stone on the Day of Resurrection with two eyes by which it sees and a tongue that it speaks with, testifying to whoever touched it in truth." (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 961).
Allah can make stones come to life but cannot come down to Earth as a human to free humans from the 'original sin' of Adam and Eve.

I got to spend 2 full hours there (rather than 10 minutes) and got to pray fajr prayers. Second. Use the lowest level of the bathroom and the bathrooms furthest away from the entrance those are the cleanest and driest bathrooms. Oh and don't forget toilet paper!

I want to thank you so much for your videos. It's really helped me with my first umrah which I completed a few days ago. Another couple things I wanted to mentioned that I learned is to take your own unscented products including soap/ miswak/ hand sanitizer etc so you're not looking for them when you need it the most. A mask is best I found as there are so many people who are sick too. The hotel I booked was Emaar Al Kalil. About 200 SAR and just an 11 minute walk straight up towards gate 79. ❤
I think I saw you there or maybe it was someone who looked exactly like you in the mataf area. Blessings and greets from Canada

Alhamdulillah for my first umrah, i went during the most OFF times of the year and literally right before fajr. It was still a bit crowded though. I am in the school of thought that … if something makes you go absolutely crazy, it may be better to let things go…so when i saw people trampling to touch the blackstone, i immediately was put off and felt more than fine with not going near it. Its okay if you dont! Pls dont risk your decorum and izzat for a small sunnah 😭

It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (11/93): One of the conditions of Hajj being obligatory is that one should be able to do it, which includes having a mahram for women. If a woman does not have a mahram then she is not permitted to travel, and she is not obliged to perform Hajj unless she has a mahram and he agrees to travel with her. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka‘bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allaah, those who can afford the expenses”

Soon I am going for umrah and it will be my first one. As a born muslim Albumdolillah, I would like to request you to gain more knowledge about the segregation part. As you told that you don't understand if it's haram for a men and women to be together untill and unless it's your father husband son or brother than how come in such a holy place people stick together while tawaf.
I can simply explain this to you. There every one focus is only on Kaba Shareef. 8:45 But one should always remember that don't panic or make area crowded just to go near kaba. If it's possible and you are not touching anyone that you should grab the opportunity to go near. But if it's crowded than you should move away from crowd and make tawaf. As we are young and can walk on a bigger circle. I don't know whether I am able to explain or not. But this is what I have learned untill now. And this is how we can make respect to that place. May Allah forgive us and accept our umrah and haj.

    • @mozlemmeah
      @mozlemmeah 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

Question is did you see ONE stone or several - did you count them. Why not!
If smothering a black stone for the forgiveness of sins isn’t a blatant case of idolatry then nothing can ever be considered idolatrous.
Ibn ʿAbbās said: This corner is the right hand of Allah on Earth with which he greets His servants, a greeting of a man for his brother. [Ibn Ḥajar said in al-maţālib al-ʿāliya (432/6) it was a mawqūf şaḥīḥ]
“The Corner [of the Black Stone] (al-rukn) is Allah’s right Hand on earth…,” and declared it hasan as a hadith of the Prophet. Its mention in the Reliance of the Traveller (p. 835b) as “narrated by al-Hakim, who declared it sahih,
Ata’ said: Abu Huraira related to me that he heard Allah’s Messenger saying, “He who touches it, in fact touches THE HAND OF THE MERCIFUL (Allah).’…”
After all, if Allah’s limb can become a stone without this diminishing his deity then there is no logical objection to the true God becoming a physical human being while still retaining all of his essential divine attributes. As God’s only inspired Scriptures testifies in regards to the Lord Jesus

    • @mozlemmeah
      @mozlemmeah 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Black Stone? or Stones!
Go again and have a better look this time (count them).
Qarmatians blast the Ka'bah and the Black Stone in 930 and carried away by an extreme Shiʿi sect and held almost 20 years for ransom. Reason it is now 8 pieces.
Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 3/462 say: “By Allah, Allah will bring it forth on the Day of Resurrection, and it will have Allah's two eyes with which it will see and a tongue with which it will speak, and it will testify in favour of those who touched it in sincerity.”
if Allah’s two right hands can become 8 stones why the true God cannot becoming a physical human being while still retaining all of his essential divine attributes. As God’s only inspired Scriptures testifies in regards to the Lord Jesus Isaiah 7:14.
Bible Isaiah 7:14 - (written 700 BC) Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel [God with us].
