For us who are more seasoned travellers, although we try & keep to our group- if we do get separated, it will not be so distressing & we know we will eventually find our way..Once i saw the world through their lens, each time there was pushing, i looked at the women in question and gave them a warm smile whilst nodding at them "it will be ok.." @@Muslimtravelgirl Half Greek half Bulgarian married to a Muslim. HAD to convert because you were neither Jew nor Christian. Women belonging to these two doctrines DO NOT have to convert. Secondly do you know what contract you did with your Muslim husband? "Nikah نكاح contract" do you know the meaning of نكاح?
I'm going in a couple days and have learned a lot. Thank you for all your hard work!! Question for you. The rest of the world is boycotting certain brands, is the same happening in and around Mecca? Have you noticed any changes or is purchasing from those stores taking place as normal. Thanks again
I just got back from my trip and I have a couple pro tips. Maybe youve shared this with your veiwers. If you have not, here they are. Tip 1 is book your Rowda appointment closest to Fajr. I got to spend 2 full hours there (rather than 10 minutes) and got to pray fajr prayers. Second. Use the lowest level of the bathroom and the bathrooms furthest away from the entrance those are the cleanest and driest bathrooms. Oh and don't forget toilet paper!
I want to thank you so much for your videos. It's really helped me with my first umrah which I completed a few days ago. Another couple things I wanted to mentioned that I learned is to take your own unscented products including soap/ miswak/ hand sanitizer etc so you're not looking for them when you need it the most. A mask is best I found as there are so many people who are sick too. The hotel I booked was Emaar Al Kalil. About 200 SAR and just an 11 minute walk straight up towards gate 79. ❤ I think I saw you there or maybe it was someone who looked exactly like you in the mataf area. Blessings and greets from Canada
As Salam Aleikum wa Rahmatullah sister when you do umrah and Hajj you have your male mahram with you this is why . Your mahram and you toghether do umrah/Hajj in that sacred place .
Alhamdulillah for my first umrah, i went during the most OFF times of the year and literally right before fajr. It was still a bit crowded though. I am in the school of thought that … if something makes you go absolutely crazy, it may be better to let things go…so when i saw people trampling to touch the blackstone, i immediately was put off and felt more than fine with not going near it. Its okay if you dont! Pls dont risk your decorum and izzat for a small sunnah 😭
Jazak Allahu khairan for all your helpful videos sister. Please can you give me a link to where I can check to find out if I would need a covid19 vaccine to travel from UK to do umrah in Ramadan. You did mention in your previous video it's not necessary no more. But I want to be sure they haven't updated that rule or anything.
There is no need for this for the past 3 yrs. You can check the Saudi tourism site or the UK government site. I doubt people even remember this anymore.
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (11/93): One of the conditions of Hajj being obligatory is that one should be able to do it, which includes having a mahram for women. If a woman does not have a mahram then she is not permitted to travel, and she is not obliged to perform Hajj unless she has a mahram and he agrees to travel with her. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka‘bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allaah, those who can afford the expenses” [Aal ‘Imraan 3:97]
We're going for Umrah in Dec in sha Allah. Please tell me if we need any mandatory vaccinations? I heard influenza vaccination became mandatory recently
btw i have to go to ihram on the plane to saudi then go do my umrah straight away. can using the toilet break your state of ihram since it will be a long flight and journey to haram
As’salam O Alaikum. Just to add to this, you could shower and even change the Ihram garments if needed. Only thing to avoid is perfumes or perfumed toiletry during the time you are in the state of Ihram. Hope this helps.
@@sagitarianme after the niyat of ahram if i reached my hotel in night and i want to sleep and then take shower in morning for freshness is it break my ahram niyat?
Sister there is no segregation cause you are as a women obliged to have your mahram with You and also another things is that people go there to get rid of sins not to commit more sins . Umrah and Hajj shouldn’t be taken as holidays . May Allah guide us Ameen .
Assalamu Aleykum sister I am a new convert I don’t know many things about Umrah and Hajj . It’s possible for a Muslima to go non accompanied in Mekka ? JazakAllah Khairan 🙌🏼☪️🕋🧕🏻🌸
Salam sister hope you are well, any healthy eating places in Mecca and Medina? So far I have come across lots of unhealthy eating places and I’m planning to go in 6 months. Also what is the average food price over there In both Mecca and Medina? and are there any shops serving organic food like eggs, milk and bread? Assalamou alaikum😊
Salams - I’m going in the next few days please advise - when I put on Hiram in the plane (female) can I go to my hotel in Makkah shower rest and then go for umra? Some say you can’t remove your clothes- or shower or change your clothes once you make the umra niyah? Please advise - thanks
As’salam O Alaikum sister. Just to add to this, Ihram for women is her normal modest clothing that covers her. Yes you can change clothes, take shower, rest before you go to haram to complete your Umrah. Only need to avoid using perfume or perfumed toiletries. When we go for Umrah, I find it more convenient to perform my Umrah straight away upon reaching Makkah and then take my wife and children after Isha prayer which is comparatively quiet time so I could help her and look after children. Hope this helps.
@@sagitarianme after niyat of ahram in abaya ariving in makka hotel and going for umrah can i change my scarf when i go performing umrah is it break my niyat of ahram or not?
I hope your Ummrah went well. Read about miqat. But as a visitor you cannot use the miqat closest to Mecca, that is for residence only. Inshallah you entered ihram before landing and did your ummrah straight away.
Soon I am going for umrah and it will be my first one. As a born muslim Albumdolillah, I would like to request you to gain more knowledge about the segregation part. As you told that you don't understand if it's haram for a men and women to be together untill and unless it's your father husband son or brother than how come in such a holy place people stick together while tawaf. I can simply explain this to you. There every one focus is only on Kaba Shareef. 8:45 But one should always remember that don't panic or make area crowded just to go near kaba. If it's possible and you are not touching anyone that you should grab the opportunity to go near. But if it's crowded than you should move away from crowd and make tawaf. As we are young and can walk on a bigger circle. I don't know whether I am able to explain or not. But this is what I have learned untill now. And this is how we can make respect to that place. May Allah forgive us and accept our umrah and haj.

Question is did you see ONE stone or several - did you count them. Why not! If smothering a black stone for the forgiveness of sins isn’t a blatant case of idolatry then nothing can ever be considered idolatrous. Ibn ʿAbbās said: This corner is the right hand of Allah on Earth with which he greets His servants, a greeting of a man for his brother. [Ibn Ḥajar said in al-maţālib al-ʿāliya (432/6) it was a mawqūf şaḥīḥ] “The Corner [of the Black Stone] (al-rukn) is Allah’s right Hand on earth…,” and declared it hasan as a hadith of the Prophet. Its mention in the Reliance of the Traveller (p. 835b) as “narrated by al-Hakim, who declared it sahih, Ata’ said: Abu Huraira related to me that he heard Allah’s Messenger saying, “He who touches it, in fact touches THE HAND OF THE MERCIFUL (Allah).’…” After all, if Allah’s limb can become a stone without this diminishing his deity then there is no logical objection to the true God becoming a physical human being while still retaining all of his essential divine attributes. As God’s only inspired Scriptures testifies in regards to the Lord Jesus
Black Stone? or Stones! Go again and have a better look this time (count them). Qarmatians blast the Ka'bah and the Black Stone in 930 and carried away by an extreme Shiʿi sect and held almost 20 years for ransom. Reason it is now 8 pieces. Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 3/462 say: “By Allah, Allah will bring it forth on the Day of Resurrection, and it will have Allah's two eyes with which it will see and a tongue with which it will speak, and it will testify in favour of those who touched it in sincerity.” if Allah’s two right hands can become 8 stones why the true God cannot becoming a physical human being while still retaining all of his essential divine attributes. As God’s only inspired Scriptures testifies in regards to the Lord Jesus Isaiah 7:14. Bible Isaiah 7:14 - (written 700 BC) Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel [God with us].

Hi Elena. What is your heritage, if you don’t mind me asking? Thanks for the detailed information about Hajj.

I'm going in a couple days and have learned a lot. Thank you for all your hard work!! Question for you. The rest of the world is boycotting certain brands, is the same happening in and around Mecca? Have you noticed any changes or is purchasing from those stores taking place as normal. Thanks again
I haven't been recently, but my husband was there during the weekend, and things all work 🙃
May Allah accept your and our ibadah. Thank you sister for your service to the Ummah
I think I saw you there or maybe it was someone who looked exactly like you in the mataf area. Blessings and greets from Canada
Thank you so much, this is very helpful ❤ May Allah bless you 🥰

New revert here....is it best to do Umrah first to " prepare or get a trial run" ( so to speak) before doing Hajj?
Assalomu Alaykum, thank you sister, all what you said make huge sense.
Glad it was helpful
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (11/93): One of the conditions of Hajj being obligatory is that one should be able to do it, which includes having a mahram for women. If a woman does not have a mahram then she is not permitted to travel, and she is not obliged to perform Hajj unless she has a mahram and he agrees to travel with her. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka‘bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allaah, those who can afford the expenses”
[Aal ‘Imraan 3:97]
We're going for Umrah in Dec in sha Allah. Please tell me if we need any mandatory vaccinations? I heard influenza vaccination became mandatory recently
not aware of this bein mandatory. i do have a video on vaccines

Also what is the average food price over there In both Mecca and Medina? and are there any shops serving organic food like eggs, milk and bread? Assalamou alaikum😊
Can we wear a little concealer while in ihram? To cover scars black bags under eyes? Jzk
You can ask an imam, as I don't remember 100% I think if you did it before getting into state of ihram was OK but I'm not sure and not a scholae
Salams - I’m going in the next few days please advise - when I put on Hiram in the plane (female) can I go to my hotel in Makkah shower rest and then go for umra? Some say you can’t remove your clothes- or shower or change your clothes once you make the umra niyah? Please advise - thanks
aska. scholar but i thought you can, you also dont need to put ihram this is for men. you are in abaya and clothes then it's ok

I hope your Ummrah went well. Read about miqat. But as a visitor you cannot use the miqat closest to Mecca, that is for residence only. Inshallah you entered ihram before landing and did your ummrah straight away.
Sister there is no segregation in islam. The women and men prayed in tge same mosque in the prophet time. Women used to be at the back of the mosque
How did the process go when you were to perform the hajj? Do you really need to register on a website to be able to go to hajj?
Yes 100% so many checks

Ok so I just went the pushing and shoving was awful and they think it's a thing they have to do
But my question is about the black stone I didn't see a silver casing around it. How come?
Question is did you see ONE stone or several - did you count them. Why not!
If smothering a black stone for the forgiveness of sins isn’t a blatant case of idolatry then nothing can ever be considered idolatrous.
Ibn ʿAbbās said: This corner is the right hand of Allah on Earth with which he greets His servants, a greeting of a man for his brother. [Ibn Ḥajar said in al-maţālib al-ʿāliya (432/6) it was a mawqūf şaḥīḥ]
“The Corner [of the Black Stone] (al-rukn) is Allah’s right Hand on earth…,” and declared it hasan as a hadith of the Prophet. Its mention in the Reliance of the Traveller (p. 835b) as “narrated by al-Hakim, who declared it sahih,
Ata’ said: Abu Huraira related to me that he heard Allah’s Messenger saying, “He who touches it, in fact touches THE HAND OF THE MERCIFUL (Allah).’…”
After all, if Allah’s limb can become a stone without this diminishing his deity then there is no logical objection to the true God becoming a physical human being while still retaining all of his essential divine attributes.
Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 3/462 say: “By Allah, Allah will bring it forth on the Day of Resurrection, and it will have Allah's two eyes with which it will see and a tongue with which it will speak, and it will testify in favour of those who touched it in sincerity.”
if Allah’s two right hands can become 8 stones why the true God cannot becoming a physical human being while still retaining all of his essential divine attributes.
Black Stone? or Stones!
Go again and this time count them and blame the Qatamarians.
