We are going on Celebrity for the first time August 26th and this review of the reflection has shown me many things that I didn't know on other reviews
Great video. Great to see they are allergy aware. My last cruise gave fruit as a dessert option. It was great to see all those dessert options for gluten-free
My wife and I were on this sailing, first leg of B2B. Spent a lot of time in the Passport Bar. This was my first “short” cruise even though we were onboard 7 days. You had a good point about interior cabins for short sailings that I can think about down the road. Cheaper cabin on a short sailing still means more cruise time overall.
@@elizabethw.454 food and catering was meh, the first stop at coco cay was beautiful best part of the trip and the second stop in Nassau wasn’t very enjoyable. Full of jewelry shops and souvenirs. Beaches are too far of a walk so you have to rely on a taxi service. The boat itself is beautiful, so be expecting to go explore. Overall 6.8 out of 10
Wonderful video! We'll be on Reflection Sept 13 weekend. A great ship and crew for sure. We sailed her for 9 days out of Barcelona last Sept and the lawn was beautiful; maybe the Caribbean weather isn't as good to it! A little lawn food maybe!! LOL. The World Bar is a great place to get a drink. We'll have to try that bar OUTSIDE of Michael's Club, looks like a nice place to mingle. We don't get a suite so not getting into Michael's Club. We did peek in the windows and it's a cute little place. We were not crazy about the main restaurant and only ate their 3 of 9 dinners but your food looks pretty good so we will def try it again and see if they fixed it. I did complete the survey and told them the MDR food needs work as our table of 8 all said the same and half way through the cruise we were seeing them all in the buffet for dinner. Also, it was taking over 2 hours in the MDR to get our food which was waaaay too long. I hope that fixed that as well. One thing I would like to hear from you is the prices you paid for stuff like the cruise, drink package, etc and if you got any special pricing prior to the cruise (sales). Keep on cruising and keeping us IN THE LOOP.
14:15 Based on the New York Knicks playoff reference, I guess that would place the time period for this trip around May 19 , since their first round playoff series did not go seven games.
It won’t be as party heavy as some other cruise ships, so if you are looking for that probably not. If that isn’t a big deal then it would be a good choice.
If you like food a little on the SALTY side If you like HS type shows displaying who can carry notes the Logest and the Loudest If you like child type individual performers If you like Events removed at last minute replaced by learning the cha-cha, Merengue or other Spanish dances If you like to get comments directed at you for being an American This Cruise is FOR YOU!
Booked on this 9th of Sept, this will be my 2nd cruise on the Reflection, looking forward to my cruise. Celebrity is the only cruise line I sail on. I love Celebrity ❤️

Much of the video footage was filmed while the ship was in the port of Bimini and many guests were off the ship
