Well, that's what happens when the last OCG Banlist did hit everything except Ryzeal itself (they don't really need Bonefire to work so that limit did not do anything) Many of the hits that were done in that Banlist made more sense if they were done back in July. But, the fact that Konami decided to hit Snake Eyes, Fiendsmith and Tenpai Dragon this harsh just as they were starting to become Power Crept by Ryzeal have basically condemmed the OCG to another "Tier 0 Format". And the worse thing about it is that these Decks were hit just as they are getting new support that have become USELESS overnight because they were hit this harsh
I really like this deck, it's finally a tier-0 deck that's somewhat balanced and not extremely toxic, played against it and I have to admit even tho it's strong it's kind of like VV. Doesn't put out an explosive combo board with 30000000000 niche but toxic interruptions, but usually puts 2-3 powerful bodies with great interraction.
its a soft once, if you get another copy face up on field after using the negate you can use it again... but its also a field spell so you have no way of getting another on field unless its your turn and you draw a 2nd copy. The hard once per turn on Cross is only for the recycle effect
This deck does what goblin biker wants to do but better, goblin biker is a rank 3/6 xyz spam based strategy, while ryzeal is a rank 4 xyz spam based strategy, and currently there are way more powerful generic rank 4s than there are rank 6s and rank 3s combined. If the question is can goblin bikers beat ryzeol? The answer is yes, just like any other deck, it's just gonna take some small luck and a good pilot.

Ocg players are mostly happy about ryzeal, because being the best deck doesn’t mean being toxic for the game

6:44 who said the negate effect is a soft once per turn? Its a hard once per turn
its a soft once, if you get another copy face up on field after using the negate you can use it again... but its also a field spell so you have no way of getting another on field unless its your turn and you draw a 2nd copy. The hard once per turn on Cross is only for the recycle effect
