The new Spiderman: No Way Home had an incredible Spidey Sense moment that was like a full 2 mins of just quiet anxiety, anticipating betrayal before making his move.
I think it's cool how it shows how much he can sense with it, and I assume you sense which thing is the worst danger. A paper plane, a fly, a drop of water being blown through a straw, and then a punch. It's telling him "This could hit you, but it's not too bad. This could hit you, but it's not much of a threat. This could hit you, but the worst that'll happen is you'll get a little wet. Oh crap! This is going to hurt! Dodge to the right!" Picking up all that shows how much you can sense. I'd love that sense. It's irritating having bugs in your place. Knowing where they are and how to quickly get rid of them would be awesome. I had 2 wasps in my apartment earlier this year, and I hate those things. Having to try to find them and not getting stung is frustrating. This sense would have been awesome for that situation.

If anyone wants to know what spidey sense is like, just imagine Superhot VR. It's almost exactly like that. Time sort of slows down enough so you can get out of the way. That also explains how spider-man moves so fast. He's seeing it as moving in slow motion,while everyone else sees it as extremely fast
It's a bit like when your brain speeds up making time seem like it slowed down. Like for example, when you're driving a car at high speed and you need to avoid something quickly.
All the spider sense don’t work the same in the movies Tobey’s body auto reacts and he dosen’t need to focus to avoid danger Tom and Andrew can easily be caught off guard and when they use spider sense they do not auto move
I really hope they add one in NWH. Both the Raimi and TASM Spider Sense sounds did such an amazing job making things feel so much more urgent, which is such a big part of the Spider Sense.
I like each's sound effects! 0:41 Tobey's is like sharp metal scraping 2:40 Andrew is more ambient and layered like wind chimes Tom's I don't think they had one until NWH in that intense Spidey sense sequence but according to memory it sounds like a siren.

There's actually another one in civil war. When ant-man is climbing on the shield, you can hear peter say wait what, and for a split second you can see him look down to where ant-man is

I learned from the animated series from Disney XD that spider sense doesn’t work when it comes to Venom. When I heard that it made total sense in the third spider man movie when MJ said “look out” when Venom was coming. And how Peter was hearing him but he couldn’t sense him later in the battle.
Thats true since Peter originally had the symbiote his spider sense can't detect whether or not its a friend or foe due to him having been connected with it for so long.

I think this is one of the best powers anyone can have but it's especially great for any hero. The ability to sense danger allows the hero to avoid it and stop it. This power also helps him dodge projectiles and melee attacks making him less likely to get hurt

I disagree. Andrew does, we see in the first TASM that Andrew’s Spider sense can talk control of his body to dodge or counter a threat for him, without him having to consciously do anything.(that’s shown in the train scene where he falls asleep and is woken up by a guy putting a beer bottle on his head). In TASM 2 it’s also clear that his spider sense can tell him not to be in a certain area because when Electro was blasting his lightning, Peter seemingly knew where to be and where not to be.
Spider Sense is probably my favorite of all the powers he has. From what you see on here and what I've read, it can detect so much. You can sense something as small as a fly, to extreme as a car about to hit you. You can have sense of how bad the danger could be, the direction of the thing, and how to react to avoid the damage (or the least amount of damage if you can't fully avoid it) I'd love the sense when it got to the time of year when bugs enter your apartment/house. Just knowing roughly where those bugs are and being able to easily get rid of them. I hate moments when a wasp gets in. I had 2 in my apartment at the same time, and I hated not knowing where they were, and knowing they could easily sting me at any moment. This sense would have been amazing for that. Amusingly, it's useful for moving around when you can't see anything. How useful would that be at night if all the lights are off, you know you'll wake someone up if you put the light on, so you're walking around with your arms out to make sure you don't bump into something like the wall. You'd just know where the thing is, and just react easily by stepping to the side so you don't walk into it.
the best are the car dodge (something Tom would get smacked by) and the gun scene for Tom (not the action as it was basic as hell but the sound design and punchiness of that shot are great.
Each one of them had a problem honing their spidey sense. And all of them involved personal trauma in some way. And all of them involve overcoming them in tremendous fashion. All the spiders, from Tobey, to the spidey verse, they all have the same upbringing. Makes you wonder, is Tom Holland’s spider-man going to get in multiversal trouble in NWH?

Each one of them had a problem honing their spidey sense. And all of them involved personal trauma in some way. And all of them involve overcoming them in tremendous fashion. All the spiders, from Tobey, to the spidey verse, they all have the same upbringing. Makes you wonder, is Tom Holland’s spider-man going to get in multiversal trouble in NWH?
