Plan and pay day has been the BIGGEST game changer (besides decluttering) I have ever made. I LOVE this! I used to have piles of papers waiting for my attention, but not any more!

I am going to continue to keep on doing my best to get our house feeling more and more like a home and more organized too. ( We had to move this past Spring mostly due to layoffs. Moving to a smaller house has been challenging. We have parted with many items, but we still have way too much stuff for this poor little house. We will have to keep trying to get rid of more items. )
PAPERWORK DAY! 🙌🏻 I did sit down and do my bills and budget BEFORE watching TH-cam. You do a lot more on this day than I do. I should do more (like filing, card writing, signing up for stuff, checking calendar etc.) than just paying bills and checking in with our banking.
I really like the space you gave us for the daily focus. I put the specific bills on my, and for Car/Bag day, I wrote that I needed gas. Because I wrote it down, I actually remembered to do it last night while I was out, so now I only need to tidy things on Friday.
All of my bills are on auto pay. I go over my finances every day. I have kept a notebook for years , and check it daily. This gives me the opportunity to write future expenses down ahead of time so i don't forget, and can plan financially for them. You are doing a great job with this series tfs Happy Fall 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
Since I no longer earn interest on my checking account, any bills still paid by check, are issued 6 mos to a year ahead. This way I at least save on postage. All other purchases are made by credit card and scheduled online for total liquidation on the due date. I use mileage credit cards and have flown all over the world for free using them. I live on the island of Oahu and road trips are not an option. So the mileage cards make sense. If our lockdown ever lifts I have tons more miles to use 🛫✈✈🛩🛬🤗

Great video & tips. I pay all my bills by direct debit. Not sure if you have this in the US & Canada, or if they’re called something else. They’re great, as I never have to worry about paying British Gas etc.
I have put as many as I can on Debit Pay ... the others I pay online through bank! This has been the most easiest way to keep up for me! Have been doing this for several years! Loving your channel and your cleaning tips! All I can tell you is, “Your are the (Cleanest) Secret Slob ... I have ever seen!” ❤️🌹

That's wonderful. Can you set your bills up on auto pay ? I have all of mine on auto pay and I just check them off in my finance book.

I resisted automated bill pay a long time. But I have it all automated now and I'd never want to do it any other way.
I do my meal planning on the same day as i pay my bills. Well, in theory I do 😂
