What is the Modwing/Claw and do I need it on my IWB holster?

Thank you for this information, this was very helpful. I just turned 21, got my concealed carry permit and purchased an FN 509 tactical. When looking at holsters there’s a lot of products I’ve been seeing that I have no clue what they do. This was straight to the point, exactly what I needed.
