One fun little local problem to the US is stores (Hobby Lobby most infamously) who refuse to put up Halloween decor for "religious reasons". Since Thanksgiving decor barely sells they just start putting up Christmas in September/October to fill in the gap. And yet it's also Christians who complain the most about "commercializing the sacred". Amazing how two different aspects of the same problem can cause two separate controversies. 😂

Christmas isn't special when it takes up 25% of the year
I am fine with Christmas stuff going up the week of Black Friday in the US.
