You should try about a 40° camera angle. The bottom of the camera frame will show just a small sliver of the ground when lay on the ground. Seems to really help me. When your camera angle is so low like this and you add throttle it makes you pop up. If you have a little more camera angle then increasing throttle pushes you forward, especially useful around corners
