I would like to know what penal code that is and what the case law is because if that's the case basically speaking anybody can get out of an HOA
Pulling out a couple of fence posts has to be less expensive than renting a crane.
Definitely. That was an option but our customer wanted to go the crane route.
the HOA can suck it. its my land, i paid for it.
It’s unfortunate. Always best to get approval first.
That's why I will NEVER live in an HOA community
