You should try woodprix instructions. You can try It and get your money back if you don't like it

Why did the reflective side of the roof sheets get placed inside the building instead of outside facing the sunlight?
You would initially think they would be facing the sunlight but the manufacturer says to install it facing downward. It works very well in helping reduce the temperature.

4:34 had a piece of wood fly into my eye once because of that - wear Eye protection guys
WHY would people pay big money to keep a dog outside? dont they KNOW WHERE a dogs HEART lies? its a PACK animal!!! its genetically constructed to LIVE IN a PACK, a FAMILY!!! for its own physical, mental and emotional health n well being! why wd u want to leave your dog ALONE outside? all my dogs lived in the house with me, slept on my bed, and lounged on my couch or at my feet, but had pretty much free access to the fenced back yard if they wanted.
If you don’t want a dog in your house… just don’t get a dog.🤷♀️
Did you order everything pre cut?
We pre cut everything at our factory and then built this one on site.

It’s pretty spacious!
It’s an entire enclosed small building so not sure how this is any different than a room in the house. And a screen door/window.
It’s a cat house. It’s a bit different from a room in your home.
Were moving and needed this for our new home, great job and great work ❤

That looks great 👍. How much of a gap do you recommend leaving between the skirt board and the ground (1/2”, 3/4”, 1”)?
1” would be best. The closer you go to the ground, the easier it will be for the wood to wick up moisture.

Is that OSB for the floor? Isn’t pressure treated needed for the floor?
what lumber do you use?
I must be too old school because I always wear safety glasses, especially when using pneumatic nailers.
Build a skirt around the building. That way, animals can’t get under it.

How do you ensure no snakes 🐍, rats, and other creeping creatures hide under that shed?
We don’t, we do offer a skirting around the perimeter if customers are concerned about animals. We can also eliminate the floor structure and anchor the shed right to a concrete slab as well.

That concrete flower bed border has me shook....looks more beautiful that two ducks watching a sunset in the smokey mountains along the border of Tennessee and North Carolina. Anyone else get that feeling or is it just me?

Would like to get a material list. How tall were the outside walls and the height of the wainscot as well as the pitch on the roof?
We don’t really have a material list to give out at this time. The walls are roughly 7’ and the wainscoat is about 3’. The roof pitch is a 6/12.

Why not use a WRB on exterior sheating and use a flashing tape around the doors and windows ? Excellent looking shed !!

Imaging having a proyect house made out some of this shed , assembled in a way ,looking like a single house it would look amazing .
Why not just build a shed away from the house with a gable or loft for more storage , it wouldn't have cost much more.
We offer lots of different styles and let our customers choose which design that fits best for their needs. The lean-to style takes up less space and can go against the house, which makes it appealing.
