I'm a huge SPC, nosleep, creepypasta, nightvale, etc fan. I love creative horror and love world building even more. I don't know how this stayed so low on my radar for so long, but I'm in love with this world and series. I own a bar where every now and again I have to cover for my employees, and when I do I usually put on what I want to watch on the TVs. For most of my customers they are well aware and have seen crazy things deep deep in the TH-cam vaults. I'm personally going to put this entire playlist on the next time I work, or have to cover one of my employees. I'm going to do everything in my power possible to get this to half a million views, and share it with as many people I can to get you as much exposure as possible. Amazing work like this deserves to be seen and heard by everyone who's interested. Now excuse me while I've binge watch the rest.

It's as if the planet introduced a new form of life in an attempt to restore balance to nature, with horrifying consequences, yet they are consequences that only humans would notice - for wildlife, everything is the same as it was before or even improved.

We're back to the source of fear being an outside inhuman force again, which I'm happy for. Not a big fan of the "crazy killah" since I never liked the idea that we need to fear each other human beings.
Moreover, I really like the creative approach you took, where the Vita Carnis beings arrived and became so public that it could not be suppressed; now they are animals, wildlife just like a rabbit or a crow, and they live in the ecosystem without disrupting it as an invasive species. I would never have thought of making it the _exact opposite_ of an invasive species. The idea of a creature coming from nowhere, expanding across the earth, and then BENEFITING IT instead of causing a mass extinction is a _phenomenal_ and unique approach.

This feels like it was made by a university student who is showing this to their class. There's nothing wrong with that, i just want you to know that the words you use and how you use them can define the tone and identity of the narrator.

In it,. the Vita Carnis goes from its docile and mutualistic symbiosis- something that enhances biodiversity -to a darker, man-eating attack in which it develops a hive minded sapience and seeks to supplant mankind, with the goal of reducing us to the role of livestock, to be bred for the now human-level intelligent Vita Carnis Hive Mind to eat. It's really interesting to see a take on the Eldritch Horror creature story where, for once, it ISN'T a world-ending abomination. No, it defies the expectations by enriching the earth, providing nutrition in places of famine, and increasing both soil nutrition and biodiversity.

I can't get my head around why... any of this is happening like it is and I wish analog horror wasn't just a trend that got swept up into the mainstream because it didn't pick up a lot of the part that made it analog, as in VHS tapes or really old tv broadcasts, which is what most old media is. this isn't scary, or unsettling I'm just being told something via slideshow and there's a magnetic disruptive filter over it and old music being played in the background with a TTS voice and Modern stock images. I get that resources are limited for this type of thing, but if you're gonna use modern images, you don't have to use the old music or the filter. if you want it to look like a VHS tape instructional/information video it needs to be structured as such. Let's be clear, this isn't just hate to hate, I just have gotten worn out with "analog" It doesn't feel like how it should anymore. I really think the scientific classification theme is really fun. but can't we make it look like... idk... the old "Eyewitness" VHS types? Those came out in the 1990's and are actually more terrifying than all analog horror combined and they aren't even scary... All they are is just a short episode on an animal or a biome but they are still scary because it's strange. I discovered this from a video in the style of a "Hearts of Iron IV" pop-up notification. In it,. the Vita Carnis goes from its docile and mutualistic symbiosis- something that enhances biodiversity -to a darker, man-eating attack in which it develops a hive minded sapience and seeks to supplant mankind, with the goal of reducing us to the role of livestock, to be bred for the now human-level intelligent Vita Carnis Hive Mind to eat.
It's really interesting to see a take on the Eldritch Horror creature story where, for once, it ISN'T a world-ending abomination. No, it defies the expectations by enriching the earth, providing nutrition in places of famine, and increasing both soil nutrition and biodiversity.

I can't get my head around why... any of this is happening like it is
and I wish analog horror wasn't just a trend that got swept up into the mainstream because it didn't pick up a lot of the part that made it analog, as in VHS tapes or really old tv broadcasts,
which is what most old media is.
this isn't scary, or unsettling
I'm just being told something via slideshow and there's a magnetic disruptive filter over it and old music being played in the background with a TTS voice and Modern stock images. I get that resources are limited for this type of thing, but if you're gonna use modern images, you don't have to use the old music or the filter.
if you want it to look like a VHS tape instructional/information video
it needs to be structured as such.
Let's be clear, this isn't just hate to hate, I just have gotten worn out with "analog" It doesn't feel like how it should anymore. I really think the scientific classification theme is really fun. but can't we make it look like... idk... the old "Eyewitness" VHS types? Those came out in the 1990's and are actually more terrifying than all analog horror combined and they aren't even scary...
All they are is just a short episode on an animal or a biome but they are still scary because it's strange. I remember not being able to watch the credits because the eerie pause at the end would always make me run up and scramble to shut it off.
