thanks :-) its a normal plastic selfie stick. mounted with a fixation rubber inside the brave4 Backpack. Selfie stick pulling out throug the "h2o" opening.
fun wing i recomend :-) to display speed, use goproapp (only transfer directly to your mobile/tablet) while editing use the sticker feature and select "speed".

Thanks. I‘m about the same weight, perfect for me. Also tried the 13, feels little bit faster but more tricky in foot landing.
