- Wow the first part was brutal (in fact it was so difficult I had to switch to 3rd person view). I'm surprised I only died once in this whole recording. @ 3:16 75 damage? Wow those werebulls are dangerous on Serious Difficulty.
Now that I'm done with The First Encounter it's time to tackle The Second Encounter (Damn those bouncy rooms to hell!).
I also finally found out why Major BioMechs don't always die when shot with a fully charged cannonball. The amount of damage fully charged cannonball does decreases when it penetrates its targets, and these include BioMech's own frigging rockets! This is another minor detail that makes the original game harder than the HD remake.

Hot damn. When i first saw Ugh-Zan III emerge from the city back when i was a kid it completely blew my mind. I didn't know bosses could be that big! His massive size and that music, as well as the fact that he had _giant guns_ left me as much in awe as it terrified me. Took me years to realize the final battle theme was a rock cover of Phantom of the Opera though, which just makes it more awesome in retrospect.

Damn i myself still plays as a tourist in ssam2 because i dont think iam good enough to play in normal difficulty and i like that my life point would come back to 100 even after getting attacked which make me unable to die during the game. If this game already make u guys scared to play in normal difficulty then imagine what it would be like when you play it on mental..it must be a fking nightmare! And then Followed by a ragequit after that i guess.

I remember playing this for hours over and over growing up, especially online co-op! Oh the hours of fun this game brought. It was too bad croteam couldnt do it again with their other games :( SS1 was the best of them all. Something new to the world at the time before CoD and CS and BF....

My brother told me this like cow thing boss in the first serious sam is just the child and he told me there is a dad and i guess that it be the acctuall boss of all the games so its gonne be huge like Jupiter lol

Best version of this game was the one for original xbox. 1st and 2nd encounter as one huge story. UI overhaul with goofy fonts and sounds. Cutscenes between levels. A lot more dialogue. So fuckin good

That happened to me when i played it as a kid, i had no idea i had to enter the pyramid and i kept shooting him but he never died, i even walked back to where i came from because i had no idea how to progress further into the game and i ended up looking on TH-cam because i was stuck at the mission.
