This is the Ending / Final Boss of Serious Sam 3: BFE.

Also, I find it hilarious that Sam knows Mental's phone number.

This final level is fucking insane.
What's with all the 5-year-old kids in the comments section?
I like how this game ends with earth being destroyed by a dad joke, it perfectly encompasses the absurd/badass theme of serious Sam, and it adds to Mentals personality of which we don't get very much.
In order to unlock the powerful boss,you do need to pirate the game.
I heard that there was some sort of time paradox in The Serious Sam series where Ugh Zan IV became Ugh Zan III's father due to time traveling accident.
the final boss remix of the dunes from the first encounter is amazing
really GOOD soundtrack in the background of that Final boss fight
i love this game, love the commentary.it reminds me the first serious sam , it was madness. huge amount of enemies and you have only to shoot at them as sheeps. never stop brad !!!
