I used to swim at this waterhole in the 80's. It's called Hamilton's Pool near Austin Tx. It belonged to a cattle rancher at the time and we had to drive a good while on his property to get to the grotto. It is now owned by the county. Beautiful painting! I have just started to learn to paint, but I would sure love to paint this.
I just recently decided that I wanted to start painting, and after watching days and days worth of painting tutorials I have to say that hands down Ian Harris is my ultimate favorite. Not only is he hilarious to watch but he really breaks it down in a way that is easy to understand and follow along with, I am so grateful that he took the time to film these tutorials, I know they have greatly improved my painting skills! I always paint with my cat looking on in dull amusement...

I love this one Sir Ian . I just watched the new Disney Dumbo movie with the grandchildren . There is a closing scene in there that looks just like this painting minus the elephants , lol . I had told the grands if they saw a still shot on the internet anywhere to download it for me for reference cuz I wanted to paint it , it was soo beautiful. And look , my acrylic Guru just painted it but without the elephants . What inspired this painting for you ? Crazy

and this one might be game pad support with dualshock or jumppad like support version with smell o vision which they smell water actually though but I been thinking about making a test though since (never mind going off topic with this but linus did smell-o-vision is real dev kit thing on linus tech tips)

Ican¨t use tape...every time I do that my painting is not good because you can see that the painting are more biggere there the tape have been on ...it is not pretty. Maybe you are useing another kind of tape I don¨t know about that.
