- Allegations the Duke of York had an orgy with underage girls, and touched a woman’s breast while posing with a puppet of himself have resurfaced in unsealed court documents relating to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
Andrew is mentioned more than 70 times in nearly 1,000 pages of interviews and transcripts released in the US in connection with a 2015 defamation case brought by Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell.
The names of more than 170 people who were either associates, friends or victims of Epstein are being made public following a judge’s order last month, including high-profile figures such as former US president Bill Clinton.
The Duke, who has previously strenuously denied the allegations, paid millions a year ago to settle a civil case out of court with Ms Giuffre with no admission of guilt, after she accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17.

Sex with underage girls or boys is not great behavior, to say the least, however, I personally see a massive difference between sex with a slightly under-the-age person and an obvious child. Until I reached about 30 I preferred women who were older than myself, nowadays nearly all women are younger than me. Therefore "liking then young" still confuses me as most women under at the very least 25 are as boring as boring gets both in and out of bed. Still everyone to their own.
However, when it comes to having any kind of sex with children just boggles my mind, as I am sure it does with the vast majority of men and women. To a normal man or woman, there is absolutely nothing sexy about a child, nothing whatsoever. God or nature designed our psychology this way for a very obvious reason. Adults are programmed to protect children, not abuse them in any way, never mind sexually.
We need to have a clear definition of what is and what is not pedophilia. The age of legal consent varies from country to country, and young people can both be physically and mentally mature at very different ages. As we must not confuse the crime of Rape with something that is clearly nothing of the kind, we need to differentiate between a man or woman that 'prefers them young' to one that has sex with a child. If not we are not protecting children properly, but just muddying the waters so much that soon enough society will end up doing nothing about either. Teenage girls with women's bodies need to be better instructed on how to look after themselves, some 14-year-olds have bodies like Marilyn Monroe in her prime. The same can also be said about boys with men's bodies, like my 14-year-old, who could easily pass himself off as 19-21. He is already 6 feet four inches tall, has the body of an Olympic swimmer, and has a fair amount of facial hair, but he still has the mind of a 14-year-old. All I can do is advise him, what else am I either expected or capable of doing?

Now to take any name that come to the surface and automatically link it to illegal activities it's absurd. As usual there's a cherry picking of information; why nobody ever talked about the JE email in which he admits that Maxwell have nothing to do with this story, for example? Also: there was an illegal activity going on for sure, but it isn't nothing like it was told, or the public opinion used to imagine it. I think the story has been heavily inflated by some "victims".
