    Recovery skills; mindfulness, coping strategies, conflict resolution and self-care that are taught in substance abuse treatment programs can also be effective to be more in control of behavioral choices and increase self-esteem.
    So to obtain and maintain good mental health;
    It is important to assure have cognitive flexibility.
    You need to insure while in the PROCESS of Recovery you include a holistic focus on Body, Mind, and Spirit.
