    Your thoughts on the "hit" in the second pull? I have a hard time making contact with the bar. Is it move the triple ext. that's pulling the weight up and not the "hit". Can you do a effective clean without the hit?

    Dudes I love your show and all the tips have been very useful, but please normalize the volume between scenes, almost blew my ears away in this one :)

      Thanks for the feedback. I thought I had that fixed, but used an old project file for this episode where those settings weren't set. Hope you can still hear!

    What part of your foot should the pressure be on during the explosive phase of the lift? Do you want to drive through your heel? If so, it looks like he gets too far back on his heel some of the reps, is that correct?

    Is it actually hitting the legs? When I tried cleans with this technique I got a lot of bruising on my upper thigh from where the bar kept hitting it.
