Yes I have a tutorial on it
1/2 cup each Epsom salt, sea salt or regular and baking soda in a hot tub. It really works to pull the toxins out of your muscles. Should have done when you fell but it will still help. Honestly from my doctor. Oh, maybe you need to be careful with your meds. Just wanted to make you feel better.
