Omgosh you just made my evening. I don’t even crochet but I watch all your videos religiously. You are a ray of sunshine for so, so many people. Love ya Gal!
Typically, I lose interest in long winded videos, however you are so well spoken and so lovely that I watched to the end. I enjoyed your array of information. I’m 73 now and have been knitting & crocheting most of my life as well as almost every other craft you can imagine! I retired as an interior designer for an international company but years before I managed a natural cosmetic store for 10 years. I am a fan now and I’ll buy you a cup of coffee….have a lovely day.❤
So glad to see I'm not the only one who loves to make a blanket! I have 4 going now, and am valiantly resisting another until i finish at least one, lol.
You’re just a wonderful designer n teacher but most of all a beautiful person. Thx for all you do. Crystal from Bag O Day is always referring you to any n everyone who wants to learn Tunisian crochet, she says you’re the best. I agree 💯💯
I enjoy your talks as I crochet Granny Squares. If I lived in USA, I would like to kive near your shop? But I live in Israel, and have been trying to find a crochet club or group, but so far nobody has answered my queries. One of these days I will try Tunisian crochet!!
I love watching / listening to your videos. You are so down to earth with your opinions of yarns, tools & projects. Your voice is very soothing. Tell your Mom hello !
You are so sweet and lovely. You're such a radiant happy person who loves to crochet. I am a 50 year old woman who will be 51 on the 26th, and I have been crocheting since I was 10. My mother taught me to crochet. She had passed away in 2014 but every single day when I crochet, I always feel her presence. I have been trying to watch all of your TH-cam videos to learn something new or to spark something in my brain that I had been doing a stitch wrong. Thank you so much
How fun was that 41:11 seconds! I didn't want it to end. Loved all the gloriously beautiful yarn and projects. At 57 years old, I've recently returned to crocheting after learning from my great Grandmother in the 70s. I've re-learned with a new appreciation the crocheting is its own vibe. I just adore it. Then there's the beautiful Tunisian crochets options. I'm like a girl in a candle (yarn) store. Look forward to the next podcast. Also, congratulations on choosing You...we're all better for it. T
I want to thank you for your love of Tunisian crochet. Because of your brilliant tutorials I'm finding my way and loving the process. You have a wonderful online personality and I think it's great that you've have such great success. Job well done 👍
You don’t know how much I needed this video. Been having a rough time lately and I’ve been waiting to listen to this Monday morning for a little boost. I’m finding it hard to find motivation to do anything but your video has given me joy and made me want to crochet again 🥰 keep up the good work and God bless !
Omg.. I love your crochet mind..I'm a blanket person also..I thought I was the only one who have several different projects at one time..I'm now crocheting for women who are in prison with there babies..I crochet as much blankets as I can and donate them..I think I found my purpose to crochet. But in between I'll make a blanket for new babies as gifts to friends and family. Thank you Donna Marie..
Ahhh, what a delightful video and podcast ep 🥰 I get all my candles from PF Candle Co!!! Their Amber and Miss is a staple in our house. So excited for the Mulberry blanket video! ( Also, at about 20:45, there seems to be a missing picture when you talk about the Braided Bliss Ear Warmer! Just as a small heads up ;o) )
I'm so glad to see you in this video! You're husband sounds awesome! I can't wait to see what comes up on your next video. Keep up the wonderful work that you do!🐈🌼🌻🌺🌹🏵💮🌸🌷💐, A little kitty and beautiful flowers for an absolutely beautiful, amazing woman! You're the best!
Toni, I just love your videos. You have such a beautiful glow that makes it a pleasure to watch. The projects you shared today are gorgeous! I was hoping to see a project you displayed on one of your Instagram posts. It was in shades of blue with granny squares. I can't wait for you to present. For now this will hold me over.🥰❤
I'm an engineer by trade, but am exploring fibre arts. Currently I'm thoroughly enjoying learning to crochet and machine knit. Your videos are SO positive that its difficult to feel down when you're on screen.
I love your videos and look forward to them. You are highly esteemed in crochet community, especially for tunesian crochet. I am 53 and I began crochet at about the age of 7. It was the best gift anyone could have given me. A neighbor taught me how to make a chain. From that time much of what I learned was self taught. Crochet is my saving grace. I learn a lot from your videos. Please continue to spread your kindness through your art. Best wishes always.
I love all of your videos and podcasts! You have taught me so much about how to crochet. I started a temperature blanket for a special year in my life. 6 months of the squares are done, six more to go. I am enjoying the entire process. I hear you re: gloomy days = lower personal energy. Me, too. Take the time you need to get to springtime and brighter days. Your sparkle and your creative work touch peoples' lives all around the world.
Join as you go is the best. I love feeling like I’m making progress as I make individual squares instead of building them up and joining them at the end.
Ben Türkiye’den Nuray 58 yaşındayım ördüğünüz örgülere bayıldım elinize sağlık iplerin kalitesi çok güzel ben de kendimce tığ işleri yapıyorum boş oturmayı sevmiyorum üreten insanlara hayranım tekrardan elinize sağlık😊❤
I am a flatbed machine knitter, and a California King blanket I made required $150 worth of yarn. Took me 5 weeks to complete that project. Love the looks of your blankets.
I did it! I was totally inspired by you all December so yesterday I went into your Video collections list and brought up the first Tunisian Stitch Basics video and made a sample square and then started the video#2 and am making the Tunisian Stitch Headband. I also began my temperature blanket 2023 in Lazy Days in Linen Stitch rows, inspired by your 2022 blanket. Thank you for my return to crochet and to new practices.
It's great! I bought some yarn (granted not local yarn but was a lys) from a trip to Cornwall and it'll forever be the yarn I bought on that trip (I also had the perfect knit pattern for it already which made it 100x better)
@@laurenbrender3671 It’s the best feeling when a yarn and pattern just naturally go together. I’ve never thought about getting yarn on trips but I love the idea of making something that reminds me of a vacation. I know my husband doesn’t want anymore coffee mugs. 😂
I love what you said about getting paid for your work. I understand doing colab work to build your name. But if they are coming to you its because you are bringing them the benefit of customers and visibility. You should ABSOLUTELY be paid for your skill and creativity. I learned to crochet when I was a little girl from my grandma, the typical granny square blankets. I have since taught myself to knit and when I found you I hopped into Tunisian. I'm actually getting brave enough to start making my own sweaters. I love your videos and you are so upbeat I think I could listen to you talk about anything.❤️
Those blanket colors are gorgeous. I’m so tempted to hang my hanks on a tree and just enjoy them for a while before making them up! Sometimes they’re just too pretty to use (for a while).
Another ABSOLUTELY Informative and excellent gathering in your crafting world. Thank you Toni. I have turned so many of my friends on to your website and TH-cam page on Ravelry that I feel like your agent. Thanks again for the crocheting help and for infusing my world with soft cushiony goodness.
Forgot. I also went back to school at 25,32, 50 yrs old three different times with promise for jobs. After many mailed resumes ( before we could apply online) and I only got sub work and a few part time jobs. Kudos to you for this site which I think can be a huge success. Your bright and have a great personality. So glad you’re on here. !! 🎉
Hi Toni. I'm so glad you did this podcast. I recently received your book and I'm in love. I'm working on the Motley Blanket and it is so relaxing. The color changes are so much fun! I've made your Lamia Wrap and am also working on the Pilson blanket as well. I love Tunisian because of you and you keep me busy girl!💜💜💜
I am so glad I found you!! This podcast was amazing! You are an absolute joy to listen to, I think I had a smile on my face the entire video. I am a knitter but have crocheted a few items. I am very interested in Tunisian crochet and am looking forward to your video next Friday. Thanks so very much for sharing…your work is stunning and you are a ray of sunshine 🌞 🥰
YAY Toni! I know you've been super busy the past months and I'm so glad to see you looking sassy and beautiful in that scarf you've made. Thank you for the joy you bring!
I’m watching you at 5 AM. You are my go to watch lately. I had been wanting to learn Tunisian crochet and found you, and so glad I did. I think I finally get it. Have bought some hooks and I got your book on Tunisian crochet. I’m on a roll, thank you.
I love your videos, and your voice. It’s so easy to listen to. That head wrap color is gorgeous on you. Thank you for sharing some of your life with us. Congratulations on 400k!
You make my day. Such a beautiful podcast. Just love listening and looking at your happy face. Can understand the mood with dark weather. I’m just the same. Hugs
Yay! A Toni podcast! I love your casual chats with us. It's not a substitute for the in person gatherings but being at a distance, I really value the opportunity to sit down with a cup and have a chat with you. I also love how conversational you are when explaining things. Thank you for sharing what you're working on; your projects always look so good! Those Landscapes Breeze yarn colors and your Bahama Blanket pattern are a fabulous combo. Delish! And that blanket #3, omg those colors! You have me hooked and excited to work with hand dyed yarn. I hope we get to see that one again in the future. I could stare at that palate all day. Thank you for always keeping it real and super congratulations on 5 years of videos!
I just recently found you. I follow a few other crochet channels but you instantly shot to the top as my number one favorite. You are so talented. So many of your tips and tricks to make my work look better have been so helpful. I would never spend 40 minutes watching any of the others. They are talented but just not as interesting. I love your presentation, your bright personality and your passion for all you do with your channel. Keep up the fabulous work. I wish you all the best and much success with your channel. I'll be watching. ❤️👍
Ahhh Toni! That was such a satisfying video! I purchased the Lion Brand kit for the Mulberry blanket, a Clover Tunisian set, and your book this weekend and I’m waiting on delivery as I write this. I’m so excited! I’ve been a knitter for about 8 years, picked up crochet last year for the first time since I was a teen (you inspired me!), and I just could NOT resist that adorable blanket. The stitches look SO fun! I bought two kits for a Mother’s Day gift to myself - no regrets, girl! I just love your videos, your tutorials, and your vibe. ♥️💕
Absolutely love your channel. I've been an avid crafter for quite a while and love watching others who enjoy their crafts as much. I've always joked that if there was a zombie apocalypse while other people are going to the stores to get weapons, I'll be the one going to the craft stores. hahahaa... Look forward to your next video. Love, Light, and Happiness to you.
Glad to see you doing your pod cast again I really enjoy your videos. I purchase my candles from Bath and body works and i love there clean linen, fresh and clean love it. Keep doing what you do Toni you are amazing.
Yass new video and my signed copy of the tunisian crochet handbook arrived 😊. I’m so excited to dive in and learn about tunisian crochet! Thanks Toni 💜
Hello from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was tought to crochet as a child and picked up and put down. I tought myself to knit about 4 years ago and became a snob about crochet. Your videos have helped me fall back in love with Crochet. Thank you for having an amazing channel!!!
I just want to thank you for all the info you share. If I improve my finances (I’m 75) and can afford to buy yarn and will promise to help. Right now I’ll be a follower and thumb up your videos. You are full of knowledge and generous with info…..and you always boost my days!! Thanks again! Love your posts! 🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼
OMG, thank you Toni for the ball winder info. I was just winding on my small plastic one, and spent an inordinate amount of time untangling from gears (don't ask). I was trying to rack my brain for a better "mousetrap", and here you go showing me what I need. I am so glad you are in the world!
I just got my signed copy of your book. I’m so excited. It’s like opening the best gift every time I look through it. I’m so excited to learn more about Tunisian crochet. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love your YT channel! And so appreciate your genuine authenticity! My question - more of a request though: will you do a podcast on how to choose different colors to coordinate? What are warm colors? Cold colors? Can “seeing” colors be taught? Or am I doomed to live in a monochrome world? I tend to become color-blind and shy away from mixing up different colors in a project because my eyes and brain just start spasming with “tilt-tilt-tilt” - and I’ll stay safe with one solid color throughout. If you don’t want to go this route for a podcast - please let me know how I can learn to “see” different colors with an adventurous confidence as you?
I found your channel when I started to explore Tunisian crochet back in 2019. So much joy to you and your craft and work. Your podcasts, tutorials, patterns and yarn are beautiful and I enjoy what you do. Thanks for taking the risk of making a yarn life!
How do I double thumbs up this post? I love all of your videos but I think I enjoy these where you’re just updating us on your life & sharing a bit of your history with us the most. On this blustery gray day in Kentucky where I’m in bed recovering from surgery you were just the ray of sunshine I needed! Thank you!
I love your temperature blanket the colors are so pretty.I love making blankets also I have 3 I'm working on now they are great stress relievers I also love making shawls a girl can never have to many. I love your Podcast you are a great designer and teacher. Have a blessed day! 💗😊🧶
What an awesome podcast! I just love having my coffee and catching up with you ☕️💞 I got your signed book in the mail last week!!! Yay!!! One of my goals for this year is to get better at Tunisian crochet and your book is an amazing resource to help with that and beyond! Thank you 🥰 There is a story about my mom and Tunisian crochet that I’m hoping to share once I’m able to do a baby blanket. Blessings and congratulations on 400k subscribers 🎉🧶🎉🧶🎉🧶🎉🧶🎉🧶🎉
The Blanket Nipple ™️🤣🙌🔥 I love it!!! Love seeing your podcast drop in my feed lovely lady. I’m loving these blanket ideas… even though we’re moving into the heat of summer. And I love your colors in that shawl!!
I'm so glad that the podcast is back, it's some of my favorite videos!! If you do another Q&A, I'd love to know if there's ever been a craft project that really stumped you, either that you came back to and finished, or that you gave up on?
Love the Mulberry Afghan. I really like to work with yarns that do the color work for you. So happy to see you've learned the value of sunscreen. As one of the skin care gurus says - SPF is your BFF!
I started crocheting 3 years ago ti calm myself down. You're right when you said that crocheting a project is cathartic. I fell in love with the Tunisian baby blanket using lion brand mandala ombre in white, gray, heather and black skein ( for a new baby, just born and mother's choice of colors. The yarn feel so soft and cannot wait to show you the finished product.
I truly like your business model. But the quality of your work in addition to the beautiful patterns you create are what draws me to your channel. You are an entrepreneurial genius as well as an artistic genius! Blessings to you!
I absolutely love watching your videos. You are such a great teacher. I have just starting crochet. You are an inspiration. I want to do it all. Thank you for easy instructions and you exuberant spirit. Also .. you are beautiful. Thanks for the skin care tutorial. Best wishes on your journey.
Hello Toni. I love your videos, you've actually gotten me into Tunisian crochet and to try regular crochet again. About your swift, if you haven't tried it yet, try creeping oil. It seeps into the gears the more you use it. My dad uses it for everything that makes noise which shouldn't, and he said it's safe to use with a swift. Try that. Love you, you inspire me!
I'm super into blankets right now, too. I've had the garden party shawl in my queue for such a long time! It's gorgeous, and I can't wait to make BOTH versions (I have pink and yellow for the original version, sitting there waiting, but I love the brown and teal, too. Might have to get the kit).
Happy Anniversary!!!!! How exciting. You are such a beautiful person and so very talented. You are helping me grow in my crochet skills. Coming to Portland, Oregon!!!! NICE.. my town. I'm in a suburb of it. love, hugs, prayers.
You are so lovely. In body and spirit. I really enjoyed this video. I'm currently making your mulberry baby blanket. My first ever Tunisian crochet project. As with anything new I am struggling a bit, mainly with getting used to the different hook, but your clear instructions are making it possible. I am loving it and happy to learn a new skill. Thank you. ❤
Omgosh you just made my evening. I don’t even crochet but I watch all your videos religiously. You are a ray of sunshine for so, so many people. Love ya Gal!
Girlfriend…go get yourself some hooks and cheap acrylic yarn and have a go. You’ll not regret it.

I third it! Crochet is fabulous!
Crocheting is the best therapy ever! 👍
Riiight! ❣I don't crochet either, but I'm glued to the screen smiling. I did buy some hooks and yarn... we'll see what happens. 🤞🏽

What a fabulous teacher you are - I love your lessons xx
OMG, thank you Toni for the ball winder info. I was just winding on my small plastic one, and spent an inordinate amount of time untangling from gears (don't ask). I was trying to rack my brain for a better "mousetrap", and here you go showing me what I need. I am so glad you are in the world!
Girl, that landscape breeze blanket is beautiful!!!
You have such a great eye for colour. I really love everything that you make and you just make me smile and feel good.
Really enjoyed learning more about you. You are so talented!
Awesome, I learned tunisian crochet from you, and my husband encourages me to perfect my craft.
"Aesthetics are important to meeeeeee". Oh, you make me smile ❤ Thank you for your fabulous videos and crochet vision. Lots of love from the UK xxx
So happy to get to listen to your podcast. Thanks.
I can’t believe u are about to make 5 years! I’ve loved u since the beginning! Super happy for u!!!
I just got my signed copy of your book. I’m so excited. It’s like opening the best gift every time I look through it. I’m so excited to learn more about Tunisian crochet. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I got my signed copy today too! I'm so excited. Photos are amazing!
Love your brightness. It makes me smile
Thank you!

Oh Toni, that last blanket you showed that you just started the other day is FINEEEE! I just love how feminine it looks!
The shawl you have on😍😍😍😍 Gorgeous. I need this pattern 💖
You are an absolute delight!! I learn so much from you.
Beautiful knitting and crocheting. Love your colours .
Toni, you are blessed, and you are a blessing. I am so grateful for you and for what you do.
Thank you. ❤
As always I enjoy what you have to say and always learning something new from you. Congrats on the coming milestones ...
