As an aussie watching Virenda's debut Test batting at 6 he was seeing them like elephants at the crease as he never look like nicking behind or getting out, he played with such a balanced and solid base, opened blade , plays wrist shots, off the toes all thrughout his whole career and become one of India's greatest all time opening test batsman. He plays all the beautiful natural strokes put them on show for the world to see. late cuts, all cover drives, straight drives, off the pads leg side, Sachin at the other end still loving the all stroke play and could only encourage him to take his time get settled in, Though once settled off 20 balls/50+ runs later. VIRENDA and Sahin smashing and destroyed opening fast bowlers 1st and 2nd change bowlers ego's around the world in Tests for India he was a prized wicket to get out early in all forms of Cricket.
And he was fearless. Always relaxed and fearless.
From the very first match Sehwag's style of hitting boundaries or over boundaries standing very close to a century did not change; What a fearless player he is!!! Love you Sehwag😘😘🤩🤩
