Before Sehwag entered in test, India just started to win test matches and the series. But ever since he entered, India actually started to win test matches and series often coz of the brisk start they got.
I always put Sehwag and Dravid most impactful test players for india in tests.

Of course Sehwag had already built a reputation with his century on ODI debut, and the 195 against Aus, and many other great knocks. But this show against Pak in Pak took the cake. Sachin followed up with a great 194 n.o. It was all round superstar show. Also a certain long-locked MS Dhoni came blazing into picture in this series, with his fearless shots against Shoaib Akhtar. Altogether a most memorable series.

I was in the middle of my 10th standard exams when Sehwag fell scoring 309 runs, which would have broken Brian Lara's record. It was disappointing that he couldn't surpass Lara's milestone, but it was still amazing to see him reach a triple century with a six. In my opinion, Sehwag is one of the greatest batsmen ever!

90 के जमाने मे टेस्ट ज्यादा कोई नही देखता था. लेकिन सेहवाग के आनेसे लोगोमे देखनेका उत्साह होणे लगा. क्योकीं इंडिया मे ऐसा कोई बैट्समन नही था ना होगा जो 89 के स्ट्राईक रेट से करीब 9000 रण बनाये हो
I remeber this match very clearly. I was 10 years old. And this was my first test match ever to watch. I even didn't know how many overs they used play in test match. I was constantly worried about other batsmen defending and batting slowly.
