@@AdventureOps1 Ordered these doors 2 months ago - and they finally came in. I'm finding that the seal on the hinge side wants to "bind" or not lay flat on the outside surface. I literally have to use my fingers while i'm shutting the door slowly to force the seal out to lay flat versus bending inside the frame and binding. Just curious if you had this issue? This makes the door shutting somewhat hard - and when you open it, it pops pretty good. Read that some guys put washers underneath the hinge mounting to get the door away from the frame a bit so it creates more space when you initially shut the door. Wondering if you dealt with any of that?

I have a 2019 ranger xp 900 and I have the option to get a set of hard doors for under a thousand and I wanted to know what extras would be needed to create the proper seal of a cab? Certain, front and rear windows? Certain model of roof? Thanks
Slide latch more towards the outer part of the vehicle. Or, adjust the up and down slightly. They are 100% a pain in the ass to align. But once you get them right, I haven’t touched mine since I put them on and they have been amazing. You still have to give them a good tug to shut all the way to keep the seal good
Yes, they’re in my opinion the best doors you can buy for these machines. Most other companies have soft doors that have flimsy frames and they rip open very easily. They are a very hard plastic, they barely show any scratches, and are easy to remove if you want them off for the summer, etc.
Where is the best place to get these doors ? I am looking at buying a ranger premium 1000 soon. And was just going to do the canvas doors until I saw this
So they’re around $2700 for the set. But they have a solid 5 year warranty and I beleive are well worth it. The canvas doors I have seen rip time and time again. My opinion would be to order them at the same time you purchase your machine. That way you have it added into your overall purchase amount. Plus, every dealer I know of offers like 15% off accessories when you purchase a new vehicle.

I have the same hinges with my clear doors as well and I will add is grease the pins for ease of lift up as well as rust protection!
