Incredibly proud of our boys making the conference finals. Yes, things don’t look good at the moment, but ant is 22, to be here at 22, that’s big. Many greats did not win it until late 20s. This is definitely a growth/growing moment fr. All the espn and tnt dudes expecting it all right now at 22? Not realistic or fair. Time and growth 💪

It's because in each of the 3 games they've played so far, they scored less points than their opponent.
Gobert keeps leaving his feet on defense. Dallas has successfully made a top notch help/weakside defender (Rudy G) into a one on one/ball screen defender and it’s killing the Wolves on defense. KAT has a mismatch with PJ Washington but he can’t take full advantage of it due to foul trouble.Kyrie and Luka are closing out the games. They’ve been flawless in the clutch. Luka having Kyrie would be like Ant playing with Steph Curry in Mike Conley’s place
The bigger problem is Conley, KAT, and Ant can't rotate on defense to save their lives.

Man! Mavs vs Twolves is a super competitive series! Although Mavs leads 3-0, all of their wins are less than 10 points and the game has been decided on the fourth quarter, especially the first 2 games. What an exciting plaoff series!
It's definitely been more fun to watch than the pacers series. It feels like MN has more productive players but can't overcome the veteran composure and decision making of Luka and Kyrie.
All the pacers games came down to the last possession and ot game
@@AjCureton besides the first pacer game you just knew they didn't have the personale to a threat and it felt like the Celtics were just playing with their food, so you knew even if they stole a game without haliburton it wouldnt matter in the long run.

I don't think enough emphasis on the coaching is brought up. The Coaching was absolutely a let down in some areas. I didn't see any fire from coach when they were making stupid mistakes. I saw a lot of clapping, but no fire. And that's exactly what this team lacks.. fire. They have the wrong mentality for the playoffs. It's all about 'fun' and 'not dwelling on losses'.. wrong! As a mavs fan, I completely agree with you. I thought it was low blow of him to indirectly blame his players when he has not adjusted his line up. It’s clear Luka is Gobers daddy and yet he keeps leaving him on an island 1:1. Your 6th man has clearly kept your team in many of the games yet he still on bench. Why not start Naz (I think that’s his name) and see what happens. That’s coaching!

But, Mavs team got Hardy. Hardy is great PG talent who learns from Kai and Luka and we saw elements of both in Hardy's game. He's the next pearl in Mavs team, for sure.

Jamaal is a star skill wise he’s undersized and not super athletic the opposite if luka and kyrie. Jamaal couldn’t overcome the constant fouling neither could jokic. Where luka can pass like jokic but can shoot from anywhere kyrie is as skilled as Murray but super fast and even more technical. They can overcome the nonstop fouling.

Kyrie is also fast and extremely technical there fore why he surpasses Murray by a lot. Same thing with jokic he’s great but he can’t shoot like luka so he couldn’t handle the fouling.
Can I just say that I also don’t think we use our size enough to be quite honest. Idk why KAT’s a 7 foot dude the NBA attempting a boatload of 3’s. We have Rudy, KAT, and Jaiden, and hell, even Ant. We have the size in the first three guys to attack the paint and be aggressive at the rim, as well as defend super well. Ant just is a beast at attacking the paint and either getting a dunk or settling with a midrange shot. We have got long range shooters too but we shouldn’t be having our big guys doing that. Let Mike Conley, Naz Reid, and NAW shoot from downtown and let the big guys set up screens and attack the paint. That’s just my analysis though, maybe I’m wrong.
Naz and Jaden are really upping their production in this series to cover Towns deficiencies. KAT might be the odd man out soon if that young trio keeps cooking. I love NAW but he's been pretty bad in this series as well on the offensive end. Kyle Anderson has been a huge help alongside Conley but idk why we even got Monte Morris as a backup pg when we use Ant or Anderson in that role. Conley is great but a couple years older than Kyrie and just doesn't have the speed to keep up with Irving. Dallas has the deeper bench and two all time great guards. Ant with KAT in this series feels like Luka with Tingus Pingus. They got better without Porzingis, and even better with Iriving. Idk who we can get KAT for or if Garland is actually an option but even a sweep in the WCF is experience. Its inexcusable, but this team wasn't even projected to be top 5 in the west or even pass round 1
some dumbass team would still trade for KAT, thinking hes gonna show up someday deep in the playoffs. I honestly would say get rid of KAT and Rudy and get someone to place alongside Naz as a starter. I kno Rudy is a big award winner defensively, but he cant be out there when its end of the game and hes getting switched onto shooters.

There is a real dilemma whether Ant will become another Luka's son or uncle Drew's nephew. My solution to that incredible hard problem is that Luka adopts yet another son and Kyre could be his godfather.

How the coach doesn't SEE this is just CRAZY to me.
Towns is a good SET SHOOTER, and he can get some boards. But, when he tries to penetrate or create his own shot, it is UGLY and ineffective.
Towns is, in reality, a glorified role player. He is just benefitting from the modern NBA being, basically, nothing but a 3 point contest.
If I were the coach, I'd make SURE the ball is in Edwards hand on EVERY SINGLE PLAY. He is a scoring threat, and he is UNSELFISH.
But, instead, on a LOT OF PLAYS, Edwards goes and sits on the wing, and when he does this, he is not a part of the offense, at ALL.

5:45 this amazes me. Ant is such an incredible player. HOW do you fall asleep on Washington in the corner on the road? PJ makes those at home damn near every time. He lives for those shots. You don't even have to guard Kyrie or Luka, yet you still don't bother even looking PJ's direction and give up a huge 3 that would end up being a turning point in the game. I know the kids exhausted and I get that, but this was inexcusable.

Minnesota doesn’t need to shake things up tremendously if they lose this series. They need one more person that can get his off the dribble and it doesn’t even need to be an All-Star level player. That and internal development will make this team better and that might be enough to get over the hump next year.

Very easy there is no killer in timberwolves. With two killers Dallas increases its chances in a final.
The Mavs are potentially on one of the best NBA finals runs of all time. If they win it, it's going down as one of the most impressive rings in NBA history. That would be four 50 win teams that were all higher seeded than the Mavs. Twolves and Nuggets seemed like the only teams that could realistically beat the Celtics in the finals but the Mavs have proved everyone wrong. Having 5-6 guys consistently score double digit points just to end up being down 3-0 is tragic for the Twolves.
How about KAT just be 7’0” 250lbs on a team with no true center tonight? That’s all I want from him.
Kevin Garnett is only among the best because he won with Boston in the first superteam of NBA history. If he had stayed in Minnesota he'd be an afterthought.
The playoffs comes down to experience who’s been tested and who are the closers umm Kyrie and Luka they’ve been there and done that.

1. Anthony Edwards is not Michael Jordan II, he’s Anthony Edwards, a fantastic player and still well on his way to being one of the best this league has seen.
2. Luka Doncic is the best player in the world, the real MVP.

Nutcracker should have been an flagrant 1 at least (why the challange wasn't successful is only up to the misteries of Mr. Tony B.). Together with the - yes, unintentional - hit to the head he should have been send to the locker room. Even if it's unintentional it's reckless play and refs can punish this. Thanks god KAT was clearly off track after he hit Lively the second time. Insecure moves, the expression in his face...he felt it. Made him sympatico to me in the end.
The real reason the wolves are down 3 and going to get swept is because the wolves live and die by the 3 pointer from the Stretch 4 Power Forward. Kat and Naz Reid are consistently scoring most of their points outside the post. The team went out and got Rudy Gobert to make up for the lack of a defense first center that Kat just doesn't want to play. The problem is that when you are up against a team where scoring in the post would be to your benefit, Rudy is only mediocre at doing such a thing. This is the reason the nuggets series went 7. It wasn't until KAT played center on the offensive end that they team didn't actually win. This should have been happening this series as well but nope. The coaches let their number 1 big man keep shooting terrible 3's and allowing the Mavs to stays within enough points to steal the lead at the end of the game. It's coaches being too cowardly or inept to demand the needed adjustment to take the win.
Coaching was bad this series and got exposed by jkids' smartness
