The female player model characters in the loading screens are all turning away from the camera, or have their face covered, so it isn't really possible to tell if they're using the same face as the lads or a separate female placeholder.
I think it really worked out for them since it made the characters look way cooler than they actually look and since you normally don't see them up close your mind kindof fills in the gaps and you don't notice it

It might not be worth making a video of since it's a minor and pretty wide-known piece of trivia, but in Dark Souls 3, Gotthard's "corpse" at the entrance of the Grand Archives still blinks. It's likely that Gotthard's player character is using a unique gesture and is coded to be non-interactable. So, he stays in that permanent position, completely unfazed to any attacks. However, because he's a player character NPC that's using a gesture instead of a unique corpse model, his eyes still blink.
When I saw those renders the first time I imagined Urbain and Scirvir being badass giga chad looking guys. But then you meet them and they look like freaking dorks. I was disappointed but it gave me a good laugh.
Zullie I've been replaying sekiro and something about the day night cycle has fascinated me so much that I've sunk hours into staring at the sun in game... And I noticed that the senpou temple inner shrine' s sun is in the completely wrong place. In fact, if you walk outside you can watch it move across the sky to the proper place outside the temple. And if you look at the moon after you trigger night time you can see craters... but if you look at the high sky in senpou I swear it's actually the sun but just with a night sky box. Could you look into this? Because I have no clue if it is the sun or not

This is the equivalent of buying action figures as a kid, from how awesome they look in both the commercials and the box. And then you finally open it up and get disappointed with badly made they actually are.
Human/NPC heads have always been that big strike into the quality of the Souls games. Both because, in the rare times you see them, they lack a lot of detail, then you get the often pointed out lack of talking animation. Granted, with how stellar the games tend to be despite that, it's not like it matters, and at times like Sekiro, they at least made the attempt to make more defined characters that didn't cover their heads. But I suppose it is a good thing that From was able to make so many memorable characters that are just outfits/armor wrapped around mannequin-people with personality.
It still makes me laugh how Mortal Shell dodged the whole facial animation problem just by putting a helmet or mask on every talking character. But then again, MS has far fewer characters than any FS game. In a game with a lot of characters it would have been too obvious.
At least with Elden Ring, people can't exactly make that complaint per say, since character models have a lot of detail now and have their mouths moving, even if it's not perfect lip-sync, they stop moving their mouths when they finish talking.

I'm going to be completely honest, I've almost 100%'d the game (A pox on the Pure Blade Stone. A pox I say! Tho, do we fully understand Pure Blade Stone Farming? Possible topic suggestion.) and at no point did I ever begin to suspect what I saw in the (very long because disk copy) loading screens. So I guess the artistic trickery of hiding the faces worked.
In the future, when fans of this series are in the industry making games, I hope we get some Easter Eggs for the 3 pillars of this community. Lore (Vaati), Exploration (Zullie), and Perseverance (Lautrec of Carim, heh).
Not to mention if anyone remembers the original Demon’s Souls artbook, where they show what their faces SHOULD look like, Freke in the artbook looks more like an aged wizard than he does in the loading screens where he looks a lot younger
