Oasis should have won all those awards for their first album too. In my view, just like WTSMG, it was WAY better than any of the other stuff around at the time, even though the other stuff was great as well. That's how good the band were back then.
Despite some people opinions, Definitely Maybe, Morning Glory and Be Here Now are not only three of the best albums of the nineties, they are three of the best albums of all time regardless of the genre, is very difficult to find albums with such quality of songs. I agree they deserve any accolade.
If you know the background story between Oasis & Michael Hunchence, more so Liam & Michael, this was far more interesting to watch. If you don't, I suggest you look it up.
