Either that, or just one of those stereotypical "David vs. Goliath" boss scenarios where the boss just absolutely TOWERS the protag, appearing to be better in literally every way possible, yet the protag still comes out on top, and the giant boss falls to the ground, making it shake violently. Even in an anime or something, this song would fit really well!

I dont think that's dubstep more just heavy synth waves although I could be completely off the mark so dont listen to me.
Kinda in the same boat, I feel a lot (not all) of dubstep is just filter played over an amped up song, but this fits the mood/beat of the song nicely
