This innovation should be encouraged, more Indian students should have a more hands on approach to design and engineering. Sir, While this is certainly a great innovation, let's not put down Chinese appliances, the fact is that China does build quality products by volume. Chinese quality is based on what the customer is willing to pay for an appliance. Everything is made to a price. They cater to the world's demand from cheap, medium range and niche. Innovation should always be cultivated and encouraged no matter which country you come from. That same mixie manufacturer has a design issue wherein certain jars don't lock securely and pose a safety hazard. Some indian manufacturers don't come to the party when they have quality is an issues . Whereas the same Chinese manufacturer will do their best to fix the issue and have a satisfied customer. In today's day and age, India is trying to promote their goods overseas - Make in India with Great Leadership from Prime Minister putting India on stage. But the reality is that we still have some companies in manufacturing letting India down on this vision. Remember, there is always some good we can learn from the competition or Foes , however, u wish to see them...
@Sarveswaran Perumal Great innovation, one thing is I would say is that I would not make a food processing equipment to do the job as a vacuum cleaner as well. You can risk cross contamination of the food your trying to process with dust picked up with vacuuming. So all in all I would give you 9/10 for your effort in design

That's an amazing innovation, I see the award given in 2021 , it's been 2 years and the product is still not in the market.
