Could you tell me what sprays you use on the E brakes?

I used brake cleaner to clean off the brake dust and Fluid Film spray can to lubricate the contact points at the end just before I install the new brake rotor.

Can I also use a C-clamp? Or is the caliper a screw type?

C clamp is OK. These calipers push in.
