  • You don’t need to live in a van or be at the beach for this full body workout. You will need a pull-up bar, but you can modify with a different exercise if you do not have one. This is a partner workout, but if you decide to do it alone, cut the reps in half.

    No/minimal equipment workouts. I been doing a lot of at home workouts and trying to find new ones. I suggest you could use the step into the van to do bench lunges for your triceps...elevated pushups too. Also mention in the video people can use jugs of water or sand for weights if they don't have dumbbells

    I’m down for this van life style. Living the dream. I would love to see some excercises focused on lay and mid back muscles. Mine got weak from surgery. Would love some tips from you.

    I worry that with time the way that pull-up bar attaches to your roof rack that something is going to give and warp. I think you should consider getting a longer bar that goes through and to the other side so you get extra strength supporting that cantilever.

    im a marine veteran..im in a wheelchair and im pretty fit I moved to Myrtle Beach for all the golf course I can take advantage of..I picked up golf after I was injured in the corp.due to a spinal injury...in rehab they had a paragolfer and it changed my whole outlook in life..ive done a lot of team sports in wheelchairs..but golf is a whole diff thing..im waiting for my Vandoit van to be finish but covid put couple months delay..ughhh.. well u mention that u can make a workout routine..theres nothing up to date on TH-cam..so I was wondering if u can come up with something ? challenge excepted??
