Thank you for allthe support! I also have a 180esc in my tfl pursuit with a 4082 1650 motor and the power cuts are terrible. I’m trying to find the time to set the parameters and hopefully it will help, but I’ve not currently had the greatest experience with the 180s. Keep us updated on your SW! 👍🏼
@@gen1power102 I saw your video on those issues. I just saw that oxidine has one but it looks just like the SeaKing just with his name on it. Let me know what you think? I put a pause on that 180 order due to your videos and others so thank you they are very helpful. Weighing my options haven't decided on the ESC yet?
@@gen1power102 It just seams so hard to get a good esc that’s not super expensive that has balls. I have had the Seaking 180 catch fire, I found the flycolor 150 to be better even though it’s less amps it’s a hard one the swordfish don’t have much peak amps and the waterproof ones are very heavy. The Seaking 160amp pro has been discontinued and who could ever afford the MGM esc. I am running. A ZTW 200 in one of my riggers but man it’s heavy and big and I had to turn off the low voltage protection to get it to go hard and set the timing to auto.
@@jamesatkinson7517 the fly color is probably the toughest esc I’ve tried so far. I’ve had it around 200 degrees several times and still pushing hard. I’ve not yet tried the ztw but I do have one on the way to try out.
