I saw no wrongdoing from the bus driver, other than his behaviour after the fact. At the point you went to overtake him, he was indicating that he was pulling out of the bus stop. At that point in time you were in his blind spot, poor anticipation from cammer.
@@AndyPandy33 I’m not copying or taking someone else’s idea in anyway taking someone else or copying content I just used that video to see other people’s point of views on it plus and plus it’s very common for people to copy other people’s video and content ideas these day’s it’s a big part of what many people do on TH-cam Andy.
Bus indicating to pull out, so it has right of way. The cyclists ignores it, cuts it off and blames the bus driver. Cyclists need to realise that the rules of the road apply to them as well.
Indicating doesn't give you the right of way, driving tests enforce looking all of the way around your vehicle before pulling off from a parked position (including making an effort to observe blind spots, rear-curbside clockwise to your rear mirror).
The bus was indicating when cyclist was behind the bus in a blind spot, bus starts moving as the cyclist moves to the right lane, at that point cyclist is moving in his lane and the bus doesn't have to slow down to let the cyclist move in front of him, also we don't see if the cyclist was indicating with his hand he want's to move in front of the bus and from the experience we can deduct he did not.

Hi there, I am sorry for the late reply on this, I would agree with everyone’s point of views, as Cyclists seem to often make loads of mistakes on the roads and forget the rules of the law, which usually results in accidents, volince and abuse it’s not great and it’s quite sad unfortunately.

Cyclist caused the problem. Bus driver fell into trap. Both are foolish.
