Hate to see a kid give up on their dream. Julian style of play doesn't match his attributes. He trys to use speed and athleticism that he doesn't and probably won't ever have. He dad is also EXTREMELY short. He'd be much better off just taking a full yr off to bulk up and focus on short area quickness and explosiveness. He needs to transform into lil wall on D and a compact wrecking ball on O. Either way I dont see him in the NBA but that doesn't mean he cant carve out a spot for himself with basketball.

His handles are faster than his feet and because he's so small he gets into his top gear so early in his drive he doesn't have another gear to explode out of. If he gains some weight it'd allow him turn the corner easier with body and foot position then explode thru his move/drive. But as he puts on weight he'd have to make sure to to train more explosive and quick movements jmo.
