This is the interactive demo for Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. It is a modified version of the Thera section from the FISTS path.

I didn't even know Fate of Atlantis had a demo version! There were demos for Sam & Max, Full Throttle, and The Dig on a bunch of LucasArts game CDs, but I've never seen this one before. Maybe they just didn't port the demo to Macintosh.
