Super happy with the runs, knew the last one was going to be better than the first, especially with how the last 800 felt. A little disappointed in the push jerks. Wanted something like 8 followed by 7 sets of 6 but eventually settled into sets of 5 before falling apart the last 10 reps. Insane how I’m my head the halfway point in the workout was getting through 30-35 of the push jerks. A normal set of 100 sit-ups for me, taking a strategic break around 70 to start setting up for the bbjo. The burpee box jump overs weren’t fast but felt controlled, knowing I wanted to push the last run. Overall happy with the effort and the time. Give this one a go!
