We own one but the 2014 model ....... It just feels like a land jet ...... Nice and spacious too , the only con , is that the seats can't recline for example 45 degrees . i remember , when the van rolled out , we would get a ton of head turns , people even asking if it's our vehicle LOL
yep, great to drive, i would be quite happy using it as an every day driver

The vehicle looks super cool, it’s more compact, we will be able to drive in the third lane and I hope it’s good as a school bus... but we won’t go on the M65 that you went on 🤪
It's nice to see the European spec version of the Transit compared to what we have over here in the US. I wish our version had a manual transmission like that one does.

I can't seem to connect to bluetooth with my phone and android auto, do all transit models not have these connections?
A 15 plate should have bluetooth

Better to go out and buy traders insurance rather than van insurance. Can drive any car you want, only a couple of trader companies don't require proof of your work though. Can drive all cars and vans under 3.5 tonne on traders. Don't need to declare any but can put up to 80 vehicles down to show up as insured on police checks etc. The insurance covers you the driver, not the vehicle though. So only pay third party out.

Tony O Keeffe if its only 5 months old i would contact your local Ford garage and tell them the problem and also the symptoms, your van will be covered by warranty and if its as bad as you say then even the worst mechanic should be able to find it

It's there all the time and worse at 70 miles an hour I reckon it's a drive shaft

Nice video as a virtual road trip in England. Dunno where this is but this brings back my memories in England 1977. That was quite a while ago but small towns and countryside has not changed so much in 40 years. The view from van is much better than normal passenger car, large windows, higher sitting position, excellent mirrors etc. So planning a road trip is better to hire van or camper to see where you are driving.
About Transit, I was expecting to hear some comments about road and wind noise, the ergonomics ( like pedal positions, resting your left feet or is it right in UK? ) They play a role in long run especially with manual gearbox. Also how the suspension takes speed bumps and similar seams in asphalt, how stiff is the suspension without load.
Transit vans are as nice to drive as a car these days, the driving position is excellent, loads of room, and also designed for guys wearing big work boots so pedal position and space between is excellent too, our garage is located in Preston Lancashire, glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching.
i like the van but hate that shifter location
you get used to it and it makes room for a passenger to sit in the middle, however when there is 3 of you sat in the front you have to make sure you remember that the gear stick is on the dashboard otherwise you may end up with a fat lip
What way is it on fuel ?
It depends on what load you are carrying but i would say they.are pretty economical

@@brendanmcgivern531 there isnt always VAT on a van, if you buy a van off someone who isnt Vat registered then they cannot charge yo VAT, hence the van does not have VA
But this a dealer selling a van and they would be vat registered 🤔
@@brendanmcgivern531 if you havent paid vat on it, you dont charge Plus VAt, then the Dealer pays Inclusive VAT on his profit margin instead of the total amount (like a car)
