I'm 62 and have bilateral knee replacements, and have had 26 orthopedic surgeries from the result of a motorcycle accident. I absolutely love your workouts and the music! I especially love your new lower ab workout! I'm looking forward to the challenge of this one!
That is so awesome, congrats! I have lost 18 pounds in 4 weeks. So crazy! All I did was cut out pop all together, and replaced with water. Which was really hard, because I hate water! So no pop, 12/12 fast, and 1 to 2 videos every single day. I probably should do a rest day, but I'm addicted to it already.

Im 16 years old and weight 158 lbs, most on my back, my goal for now is 150, I'll do this until my birthday in july. Ill try to update every week. I don't like gyms! I found you while trying to exercise at home and I have been exercising with your videos for 45 minutes in the morning and sometimes 30 minutes in the evening for 40 days almost every day. Of course, with intermittent fasting, I lost 10 kilos in 40 days. I have the last 10 kilos left that I want to lose. Then I will continue to exercise with you for a healthy life. I'm so glad to have you!!! ❤️
I used to despise working out and to be honest, I still don’t love it. BUT your videos make it a lot more fun. I have actually worked out twice a day for two weeks now, which is a record for me. I love your energy and it is very motivating to keep me going. It makes it easier when I know everything is just 45 seconds on and I will soon get a “mini-break” of marching in between. Thank you!
Hi Jo I did your other 4miles walk everyday for 11weeks and controlled what I ate. I'm glad to let you know that I have lost 8inches in my hip area and my tummy feels tighter even though not flat yet. I'm so happy with my body right now And I'm still on it. I used to be a super fit trim 40yr old since Corona virus hit, I have dealt with a plethora of health issues and depression and I have gained 35lbs. I have been hiding in home, avoiding going out because I feel my weight gain is aorsl failure and afraid that others will judge me as harshly as I judge myself. According to my Apple Watch, I burned 534 calories in 48 minutes! I have been doing these workouts consistently for a month now, 3 to 5 workouts a week and have gotten rid of 8 pounds! Super excited to see the weight falling off. I love this workout because it’s low impact so it makes it feel easier to get through, but still challenging enough to keep my heart rate up and burn fat.
Through out this video i wanted to quit so many times. The only thing that made me not want to quit is thinking about my younger self. What would she want? This woman is truly SPECIAL. There are a lot of fitness people out there, but none with her real gift - and it is a gift- for making you feel she is there WITH you cheering you on. I’ve been doing your workouts for about over a week and this is my first time doing this workout, an hour video period, I finished the whole video and surprisingly I feel amazing !!!! I’m not tired or wore out, I have a lot of energy. Start weight: 162 lbs Goal weight: 138 lbs I have not checked the scale and I don’t want to until I make a month!
I'm currently recovering from an eating disorder(thankfully not one that got too out of hand) and trying to heal my relationship with food and exercise. I'm trying to accept my body as I've gained the weight I, unhealthily, lost. I was a little nervous to get back into cardio as it was what caused me to spiral and hurt my body. However, your positivity feels so welcoming and makes me excited to work out, not to change my body, but to be healthy. Thank you so much, I'm happy I found your corner of the internet. I started doing Jo’s workouts every day for two weeks I’m already down 10lbs 😭❤️ so grateful for this channel, I hurt myself last month which made it hard to workout like I’m used to. 52 mins - 2.68 mi - 400 calories burned! I tried this a month ago and only got through 20 minutes as I was too tired. Walked 10k steps for a full month to restart my journey and today I was able to finish the whole workout!! Small steps lead to big progress! Excited to do more of this.

Okay Jo! As a plus size woman who is on her weight loss journey, I am proud to say I completed the workout. I pressed pause twice and slowed down a little but I pushed through. I will be following this workout and a few others. I swear it felt like you were here with me telling me to smile and keep going, and like anyone else I got aggravated with you lol yet I pushed through. You are very encouraging my girl. I thought 3 things while doing this workout. 1.) I have been moving my body for 50 minutes, 2.) My hamstrings feel like they are about to snap, 3.) The devil was trying to get me to quit the last 15 minutes. I am trying to get down to 125 and am currently at 160. I am down 7 pounds already and hope to reach the goal! I'll update soon. I am now at 158 and have been combining Grow with Jo and Get Fit with Rick to help me reach 10k steps a day. I have to get the ball rolling again and will update again hopefully after finding the routine i like.

This is my first work out with Jo, I’m so pleased! I am very out of shape dealing with lockdown fatigue, depression and low self worth. This was a great video to get me sweating and feel like I was accomplishing something while not being too hard or feeling like it was impossible to achieve my goals. Jo strikes me as authentic which makes her more relatable and more real. I feel like through her journey I can see my own and I’m so grateful to be here! I hope I can maintain consistency as that is something I struggle with but I’m excited for tomorrow to see Jo again! x

I've been doing this workout with a combination of her other morning cardio and tabata workouts for about 4 months. I started with 75kgs and am down to 67kgs now. I feel happier and stronger than I've ever been, my confidence, and positivity is boosted each day when I workout with her. I'm recovering from Covid + bronchitis, so my energy and lung capacity right now are both drastically weakened. I love that Jo offers us so many different workouts of various difficulty levels and intensity! This one is perfect for me as I recuperate and try to build my strength back up. A few days ago, I could only manage about 10 minutes, and now I'm up to 17-18 minutes.
Haven't worked out all week and feel terrible physically and mentally😩 im excited for this premier and going to get back in a flow of making this time for myself💛💛Thank you
69 years old with arthritis of shoulder, hip knee ankle, hip bursitis, shoulder impingement and frozen shoulder. This has helped me more than all my PT appts. put together, keeping in mind that I adjusted the workout to mimic some of my PT exercises and it is LOT more fun. No more hip pain at night. Three days ago, my shoulder started locking up and the familiar scapula pain was back. ALL gone. I was an avid aerobics athlete in the 1980s and I feel soooo good doing this and it doesn't appear to harm my joints at all. WOW.

I'm only down 2.4 lbs in 2 weeks (which I know is a good steady loss) but my biggest thank you to Jo is helping me to break out of my plateau! I was stuck in the same 2 lb range and doing these workouts I think has officially broken me out!

I just did it and it was craaazy! Im gonna do this (or any of Jo's walking workouts) every day of August and I'll keep you updated! day 1: done day 2: done, measured myself today too :) Also recorded the workout with my band, time was 52minutes, burned 450 cals and got 5200 steps! SO proud of myself for getting through the whole workout. day 3: done, also did a little bike ride today, so i had a pretty active day day 4: Only did 30 minutes today, I wasnt really feeling it and decided to listen to my body (: Probably gonna do something else tomorrow so i dont get bored lol day 5: okay so listen i didnt do anything because i wasnt feeling well, tomorrow i promise ill do day 6: I did 20 minute lower belly workout, 20 minute tabata workout and 15 minute walking workout today. The first one I enjoyed a lot, second one wasnt really for me and third one was pretty fine.

Just finished day 1 today! Let me tell you this killed me and once I had finished I was shocked I burnt 1200 calories. I have been doing tabata abs and morning fitness workouts for the past two weeks and I’m pleased to say I have lost 3.4 kilos! I’m so excited to keep going and try this one. I will be doing this 4 times a week along with tabata abs. I will update with results. Jo has changed my life! I have noticed incredible results specially since I’m a mum and have had a C-section I have noticed I am not carrying as much fat and it doesn’t hang as much anymore! Day 6-✅ finished! Burning 1200 5000 steps! Have lost .9 so far! Feeling so much stronger! I had two days break this week Day 7- Day 8- Day 9 - Day 10-
Today marks one month of doing one of your workout every single day. I started with the very easy, very low impact 15-20 minutes ones and today I did this one. I needed two additional short breaks but I did it. I lost 2,5 kg in a month. Yaaay, only 72,5 kg to go 🎉😂. I won’t lie, I was a little disappointed coz i‘d hoped for more but I feel so much fitter than 4 weeks ago and that’s worth so much more. Lately, I’ve been doing this workout so far so good nil I was sick so I skipped a week now I’m returning to the schedule! If you find sometimes it’s hard for you to do some exercise don’t push yourself and instead of standing just walk in the place that way your body still moves! You’re so strong and I believe in you and your abilities.

It’s been almost 4 weeks of doing your walking workouts 6-7 times a week. I’ve lost 2,5kgs and lost cms off my waist, hips and lower belly (Basically everywhere). Thank you, Jo. You’ve changed my life. ❤️🙏🏻

I used to be a super fit trim 40yr old since Corona virus hit, I have dealt with a plethora of health issues and depression and I have gained 35lbs. According to my Apple Watch, I burned 534 calories in 48 minutes! I have been doing these workouts consistently for a month now, 3 to 5 workouts a week and have gotten rid of 8 pounds! Super excited to see the weight falling off. I love this workout because it’s low impact so it makes it feel easier to get through, but still challenging enough to keep my heart rate up and burn fat.

I'm currently recovering from an eating disorder(thankfully not one that got too out of hand) and trying to heal my relationship with food and exercise. I'm trying to accept my body as I've gained the weight I, unhealthily, lost. I was a little nervous to get back into cardio as it was what caused me to spiral and hurt my body. However, your positivity feels so welcoming and makes me excited to work out, not to change my body, but to be healthy. Thank you so much, I'm happy I found your corner of the internet. I started doing Jo’s workouts every day for two weeks I’m already down 10lbs 😭❤️ so grateful for this channel, I hurt myself last month which made it hard to workout like I’m used to. Okay Jo! As a plus size woman who is on her weight loss journey, I am proud to say I completed the workout. I pressed pause twice and slowed down a little but I pushed through. I will be following this workout and a few others. I swear it felt like you were here with me telling me to smile and keep going, and like anyone else I got aggravated with you lol yet I pushed through. You are very encouraging my girl.

I thought 3 things while doing this workout. 1.) I have been moving my body for 50 minutes, 2.) My hamstrings feel like they are about to snap, 3.) The devil was trying to get me to quit the last 15 minutes. I am trying to get down to 125 and am currently at 160. I am down 7 pounds already and hope to reach the goal! I'll update soon. I am now at 158 and have been combining Grow with Jo and Get Fit with Rick to help me reach 10k steps a day. This is my first work out with Jo, I’m so pleased! I am very out of shape dealing with lockdown fatigue, depression and low self worth. This was a great video to get me sweating and feel like I was accomplishing something while not being too hard or feeling like it was impossible to achieve my goals. I've been doing this workout with a combination of her other morning cardio and tabata workouts for about 4 months. I started with 75kgs and am down to 67kgs now. I feel happier and stronger than I've ever been, my confidence, and positivity is boosted each day when I workout with her. I was only able to do about 25 minutes, but it was awesome! Walked 1.75 miles (3200 steps) & burned 260 calories according to my watch!
I got to 30 before I stopped. Allergies and sinus messing with my breathing. I will complete it another time. Jo always extends grace before we begin 😊❤

I'm recovering from Covid + bronchitis, so my energy and lung capacity right now are both drastically weakened. I love that Jo offers us so many different workouts of various difficulty levels and intensity! This one is perfect for me as I recuperate and try to build my strength back up. A few days ago, I could only manage about 10 minutes, and now I'm up to 17-18 minutes.
Just an update that I'm pretty much fully recovered from Covid now. Did 38 minutes of this one today!

69 years old with arthritis of shoulder, hip knee ankle, hip bursitis, shoulder impingement and frozen shoulder. This has helped me more than all my PT appts. put together, keeping in mind that I adjusted the workout to mimic some of my PT exercises and it is LOT more fun. No more hip pain at night. Three days ago, my shoulder started locking up and the familiar scapula pain was back. ALL gone. I was an avid aerobics athlete in the 1980s and I feel soooo good doing this and it doesn't appear to harm my joints at all. WOW.

I'm only down 2.4 lbs in 2 weeks (which I know is a good steady loss) but my biggest thank you to Jo is helping me to break out of my plateau! I was stuck in the same 2 lb range and doing these workouts I think has officially broken me out!

Just finished day 1 today! Let me tell you this killed me and once I had finished I was shocked I burnt 1200 calories. I have been doing tabata abs and morning fitness workouts for the past two weeks and I’m pleased to say I have lost 3.4 kilos! I’m so excited to keep going and try this one. I will be doing this 4 times a week along with tabata abs.

Today marks one month of doing one of your workout every single day. I started with the very easy, very low impact 15-20 minutes ones and today I did this one. I needed two additional short breaks but I did it. I lost 2,5 kg in a month. Yaaay, only 72,5 kg to go 🎉😂. I won’t lie, I was a little disappointed coz i‘d hoped for more but I feel so much fitter than 4 weeks ago and that’s worth so much more. Lately, I’ve been doing this workout so far so good nil I was sick so I skipped a week now I’m returning to the schedule! If you find sometimes it’s hard for you to do some exercise don’t push yourself and instead of standing just walk in the place that way your body still moves! You’re so strong and I believe in you and your abilities.

the first 3 days i was strugling to complete the workout and i was doing 30 min at least. But today i complete it. im so happy! Can't wait to see the results after one month of your workouts

I'm recovering from chickungunya so all of my body hurts all the time and I used to do strength training and realised that's not happening anytime soon
