It seems weird to give you so many blues - very limited. Although when I saw the palette, I did think of those blue dragon nudibranches. I know you always go for fantastical, unusual animals. If you're not familiar with the blue dragon, you should google it! But the wren is indeed splendid, and I love that creepy worm! The way you painted it, it looks like a movie poster for a 60s creature feature!
Lol, I would fly away if I was that bird, I think that worm is 10 inches long- on the other hand, that’s a lot of food too, maybe the bird is thinking how is all that food going to be transported:)
I loved listening to your critique of this box while you painted! I just found your channel and I am enjoying your videos! P.S. I think the little bird is trying to figure out what the heck that thing (the worm) is!! Super cute, by the way and soo creative. I love it!😁
I was looking at these before since I like painting with inks above everything else, glad I did not get them. I absolutely hate smelly paints! It drives me nuts if the paints or inks have a strong chemical odor.
They smell more funky than chemically, and I had that bottle pretty close to my face when I noticed. You can’t smell them when you are painting. The paints are beautiful and more convenient to make mixes and washes, it’s just faster because pigment is ready to go. Also love inks, they are just more vibrant!
@@artsymbol2560 I skipped on the Golden Soflat paints because a reviewer mentioned they smelled,. Been using Liquitex acrylic inks lately and I really liked them, no perfumes or strong odors. Vallejo acrylic paints have a really horrible perfume, I don't know why they do it, their acrylic gouaches are fluid and opaque but the smell is too strong, the whole room will smell of that perfume they put on the paints, that's what made me sensible to paint odors, some FW Inks also have a terrible odor but it seems to be random, some batches smell and others not.

I looked it up! What an odd animal, looks like Pokémon:) I agree on all the blues in the box, the purply color saved me!
