Bro, try stretchinhbyour hamstrings deeply like for 15 mins. It will stretch your feet arches, calves, hamstrings and lower back. Also try laying flat on the ground for rest pushing your lower back down towards the ground. Any stretching is better than no stretching. Good video mang
