@BlackWhite-jr7mp Sahaba had direct contact with prophet (saws) but you can find sahaba differing with one another, They were governing different regions such as Amr ibn Aas (ra) governing Egypt and other sahaba governing Sham and Iraq and so on, they had difference, They even had difference in Halal haram one sahaba said so and so thing is allowed and other said so and so thing is haram... Why did we see W ar between Hazrat Ali (ra) and Ummi Aisha (ra)? Because of difference and Ameer Muavia (ra) won't be punished for his wrong ijtihad why? Because he was mujtahid here, same ruling applies to mujtahid Barelvis are tassubi no doubt but who are pseudo salafis?? Deobandis have tassubis in it but whole jamaat is not tassubis, infact some of them even ready to recognise ahlul hadith sect to be acceptable (not majority) but only if they stop speaking bad about us, and they won't stop it otherwise their base will be broken One question to you, if Ahlul hadith are followers of the manhaj of sahab (ra) why they oppose sahaba by deeming 3 talaq as 1? Why they say hazrat umar (ra) was against prophet when he prayed 20 rakat of taraveeh? I can point out many other things as well but I think these points will be sufficient, please answer it

JazakAllahoukheir for the upload But I don't understand why you mentioned following the rajhi as a negative thing in the thumbnail? Following the madhab and leaving it on some critical issues is the most correct way. Did Sheikh Amir Bajhat every say something against that? This video certainly does not mention anything in that regard
@ZaynElAbideen Of course, if an ignorant does ijtihad this is a whole different issue. But Sheikh Ibn Baz, Sheikh Al Uthaymeen are all from the hanbali madhab, yet they abandon the opinion of their madhab on many issues for another opinion which they consider to be the rajih. There is nothing wrong with following their opinions on these matters, that is "following the rajih", even it goes out of the opinion of the madhab, if the muqallid or student of knowledge sees these opinions as stronger
@Heart-Softeners It's the Rajih with them, and the Madhab is stronger than them, this should be remembered Other than that, there's no issue in blind following the contemporaries and neither is there any issue in them making Ijtihad if they were Mujtahideen, and it is not obligatory to follow one Madhab in everything it says The student of knowledge should avoid leaving his Madhab in every issue and blind following the opinions of contemporaries since this is against the general advice of scholars of making oneself firm and strong upon a Madhab by sticking to studying the Mu'tamad views initially The laymen can blind follow contemporaries and local scholars as this is what is expected from him
@@ZaynElAbideen I definitely agree that the advice of learning a madhab in full first is the best advice for the student of knowledge But if I want to learn fiqh, I can start with the Hanafi madhab and study it deeply and exclusively, without looking at anything else inchaAllah. It does NOT mean that I will authorize the women under my guardianship to marry without my approval or presence. I don't know anyone who says that the student of knowledge has to do taqleed of the madhab he's currently learning
تعصب is always bad
If you want to follow a madhab or not up to you. Important thing is to learn from and follow a scholar.
this is a very important topic may Allah reward you
And may He reward you

It's fine for a Mujtahid, arrogant individuals thinking they can do it is the issue
Yeah Amir Bahjat has clarified openly Tarjih is only for the Mujtahideen, not in this clip explicitly, but there are others available
