Facts. When I went to a mostly black school. That’s how it was. Then when I went to a mostly Asian school it was the same thing. They were racist mainly towards us and other Asians. I’m sure if I went to another school with a dominant race it’s be the same thing. So racism, and Inter-race racism definitely exist.

yes. i had a black friend and her mom made her stop talking to me because i'm white. the moms excuse was "you're two years younger than her, we think she should be with people her age" but my mom told me the truth cuz my mom noticed the black friends mom made a lot of side eyes and whispers when i wasn't looking. my mom decided not to confront and just leave it alone. i also remember we spent thanksgiving together, i brought a homemade casserole and the black friends mom refused to eat it, made my friend not eat it too. but if this were the other way around, me and my mother would be confronted and called racist, our reputation ruined. BLACK PEOPLE CAN BE RACIST.

I'm tired of people calling me "white boy" all the time on the street. I would never call someone by the color of their skin so it really bothers me when I'm addressed that way. Ive tried to tell them that I have a name but I just g a t laughed at or threatened or told that I deserve it because of something that white people did a long time ago. Most of my family is Sicilian and came here on a boat long after slavery was abolished so I don't think the whole "hundreds of years of slavery" defense should hold up as well as it used to. This is my opinion and I am just sharing my thoughts and experiences and I hope I don't sound stupid lol.
Edit: thanks for the responses it's nice to feel heard but theres no need to argue👍. People can debate over a subject without prejudice towards the person behind the voice(or keyboard).

Africans even sold eachother for thousands of years.... yet they wanna blame EVERYTHING on white people...? I blame parents for teaching their children to be racist against white folk. As if white people even care what color you are. We only care about respect. I'm a human, you're a human, why even bring up race??? Get over it. momentum.medium.com/why-reverse-racism-is-a-myth-c2374b8837af
Reverse racism is a myth because it attempts to ignore the power/privilege dynamic between the individuals/groups involved; the myth of reverse racism assumes that racism occurs on a so-called level playing field, when in actuality, it does not. One claim of “reverse racism” that is often made is in relation to affirmative actions programs: programs that were created to help ensure that non-white individuals are given equal consideration and opportunities, whether it is in regards to employment, school, or scholarships etc. For white individuals, programs such as this might feel like something is being “taken away.” Zeba Blay outlines how white people often "believe deserving white students are discriminated against while academically unqualified students are given highly coveted college or company positions ― just because they happen to tick the ‘ethnic minority’ box. This argument ignores the fact that affirmative action did not come out of nowhere ― there was a need for a system that would address the decades of underrepresentation of people of color both academically and in the job world.” Sherover-Marcuse explains how "[a]ffirmative action programs are attempts to repair the results of institutionalized racism by setting guidelines and establishing procedures for finding qualified applicants from all segments of the population” (p. 2). In other words, these programs do not privilege people of colour but are an attempt to “level” the not-so-level playing field that has historically privileged a certain type of candidate.

@@goneforevers Black People can't be racist to white people?!
      The fuck are you smoking?
      The Oxford Dictionairy defines Racism as follows ;
1.prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
      2. the belief that different races possess distinct characteristics, abilities, or qualities, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior or superior to one another.
You game of semantics does not magically make you and your beliefs 'not racist' because you're doing it to the 'correct' target.
But that only makes you equivallent of German Nazi's in WW2 who believed Jews to be the chief opressors of the world and thus deserving of all the hate that comes to them.
Do you notice how prejudice is the very first word in the dictionairy definition of racism? That kind of breaks your entire narrative that POC's are only prejudice against white people. If they or you are prejudiced based on race, you are racist. It's that simple.
Your logic is flawed in this, like saying it is ok for a women to physically assault her partner because historically and statistically men do it worse and more often.
And you can hate everyone and be annoyed that we are not dumb enough to fall for your semantic games, but that doesn't change reality. You are hella racist. And you yourself are the brainless one, dear. But then again it is statistically so that it is ussually those of lesser intellect that turn to racist and prejudiced hatred and treatment of one another.
My ancestors seem to be reeking inside of me? Wow. Not at all a racist statement to make. See if I was a racist like you I would have responded to that with something like "At least my ancestors didn't fail me." But I don't believe you ancestors failed you, you are doing all that on your own. Your parants might have failed raising you if you turned out this racist.
Also, are you aware that you are currently posting your stupidity on..The Internet. I'll run that by you again..Internet. Not Statesnet, not USA Network, no the internet. So you are talking about the whole world to the whole world, yet your own understanding is stuck in the USA.
You do realize there is mayority black countries out there, right?
You do realize there is black people comming in from Africa into the USA and are thriving unlike many local black people over there?
As for representation, no, I do not see myself in every media all the time. Because I am not a racist I don't automatically identify with other people due to skin color. I am of a very minority lifestyle that is shared by all races and nations that is discriminated everywhere. If I ever see a black guy in media that lives and represents our lifestyle and faith, I would feel more represented that if white skinned Joe Shmo was put on screen front and center.
Also thanks for assuming that the 600 years of slavery my people went to, I mean the word slavery is litterally derrived from my people. YOUR ANCESTORS in Africa enslaved my people and named the practice of slavery after us, because we were such good slaves. But no, the world is all white collonizer.

No one can compare to the European's application of racism. Maybe the Arabs, but you would have to travel, observe, then take notes and see for yourself.

"for some people, reverse racism is an unfeigned issue in society. They believe racism can be flipped around and made subject to the people who do not have to worry about their skin color making them susceptible to discrimination.
Essentially, they hold the belief that the roles can somehow be reversed and the oppressor can become the oppressed. It is important, however, to acknowledge that this isn’t true - racism doesn’t work like that.
Yes, racism does involve someone feeling superior to another race, but that is just the tip of the enormous iceberg that follows the complexity of racism.
It starts by recognizing the definition of racism from an institutional perspective: Racism is a historically rooted system of power hierarchies based on race - upheld by institutions, society, and culture - established to benefit White people and oppress BIPOC.
The effect of racism on marginalized groups includes police brutality, racial wealth gaps, redlining, microaggressions, slavery, and colonialism.
Have any of these examples of racial oppression affected the rights of White people? No. We must understand that Black prejudice does not affect the rights of White people"
      momentum.medium.com/why-reverse-racism-is-a-myth-c2374b8837af

Humans have different species just like animals do, but people who live in a fish bowl don't see that. I moved to Florida from Idaho and it was very clear to me especially with how obviously separated the black and white communities are from eachother. We are people from different cultures and ancestors, doesnt meant that we cant be respectful and understanding of eachothers hardships. America in my eyes is just a country like any other country but different laws and regulations, and a more clear path of wanting to become better and or wanting to be at peace and safe with one another. It's not perfect and it has fallen apart in a lot of ways, but that's only going to get worse if people keep lying and hurting eachother in the name of your own party affiliations. The people who don't subscribe to one side and are in the middle are the most misunderstood and unheard people in America. If this problem can be fixed we will be in a much better place I think.

"People that dont want to date someone that is too dark or too light, that's racist"
No, that's called a Preference. Just like if someone doesn't want to date fat girls, that's a preference. If you dont find someone attractive, that's your own personal preference.
I seen some VERY beautiful black women, but I also seem some very unattractive black women. Same goes for any other race or color. Me personally, I'm not attracted to asians. I've only been attracted to maybe 2 or 3 Asian women in my life, and I seen them on TV, not in person. It's not that a dont like Asian people, far from it, it's just I'm not attracted to the majority of Asian women. That's just my preference.
If I'm not attracted to a dark skin woman, that doesn't make me racist, it just means that I'm not attracted to that woman. It has nothing to do with race, its just personal preference. I dont like Anchovies on pizza, does that mean I dont like Italian people? Lol.

I only hear black people say what you said outloud and why cause it is low key racism. I live here in Canada. For the past year, my African neighbours, who are rental tenants next door, have been having loud backyard parties for over a year now. There is nothing the local police will do if I make a noise complaint. The bylaw department doesn't do much either. From the City, I have been given a document list to record incidents of noise. The City is offering me an opportunity to make a case in court.
And, I hate having to use the police and bylaw department, because it seems cowardly. And, yes, I have also directly spoken to my neighbours and the absentee landlord whose house they live in.
I can't devote my time to building a legal case, just so I can have my next door neighbours fined. I really don't want to see my neighbours punished or fined. I just want the noise and parties to stop.
I want to move, but I am going to have to spend a few years saving up money so I can.
This has been my experience living next to black people. I don't dislike them. I wish for good things to happen to them, However, they are the absolute worst neighbours to live next to.
I truthfully want to know why my black neighbours have no respect for the community and persist in hosting obnoxious parties. Their behaviour is nothing less than harassment. They seem to enjoy being loud and obnoxious now that they know it bothers me. No one else in the neighbourhood behaves like them.
I am a quiet family man, and I don't bother anybody.
Nevermind your political correctness. This is the reality of trying to live in harmony with black neighbours.
There are a lot of great black people out there. I have friends and co-workers. However, there are too many like my neighbours next door.
