I’ve been working on this ever since I started track. The first day I was faster than abt 3 people. But ever since I did this I’m almost faster than everybody. I have a track meet in about a week and I’m excited and I’m ready now. You’re now getting a like and a follow❤️. Thank you!
1. Take three deep breaths to loosen up. Shake, etc. 2. Make your arms at a 90 degree angle. Put one arm to your cheek, other to your butt, 90 dgrs . Alternate it that motion, trading sides. 3. Take one of your legs and bring it up to your torso (90 dgr angle) Put your other foot down, then alternate. Left down, right up. Right down, left up. 4. When you place your foot, use the ball/middle of your foot. DO NOT GO HEEL TO TOE. Practice everything from above. 5. Point your toe and bring it up quickly. Apply that to your sprint, when you bring your leg up, flex your foot up. Flex it down when you bring it down. Repeat. 6. Try power skips. Apply everything from above, but skip. 7. Do the same thing as above, but make your stance wider and go farther.
How to get fast: Find a reason to get fast and keep this in mind when there's a will there's a way Next build leg strength by doing squats go up staircases whatever Make sure to also build your lungs so whenever you run your lungs can keep up Always stretch imagine this you have wooden legs connected to a wooden body connected by wood glue that's not going to get you very far however rubber legs with a rubber body connected by a long flexible string will be able to get longer wider steps Practice a lot I mean a lot Race a lot even when you lose that's embarrassing and your brain does not like all that negative center attention so you will work a lot lot harder and when you win you get a sense of accomplishment and that makes you wanna win again so you push and work harder Good luck fellow human beings, I promise you it will work probably in less then a Monty even

@@alolikashil4630 ohh ic A few basic steps for 100m sprint, straight forward. Run with ur toe the part that's connecting ur toe and feet. Make sure to not look at ur opponents while running, only look down or straight to focus, no distractions. At the starting line, put two or three fingers on the floor, shoulder length. Power leg at the back, when u have to go, push with ur power leg, no leg slip and try to get as much grip as possible. While running, u need to do a knife hand stance which gives u less drag unless ur running 400m around the track or 4×100m rally. Hold ur breath until ur around 50-60m, and try to have good breath control. Release as much energy as u can for the last 50/40m. For short burst sprint, having average stamina is more than enough. My energy output: 40% at start, 20/30% during 35-70m, 30/40% for the remaining of the track. Don't be worried if ur the slowest or ur not fast enough, practice makes perfect. Try running on the treadmill for 5km each day for a month, speed is 10 or 12.
This video really helped me out to get faster I would definitely recommend it use to run 11 second one part of the field to the other and now 6 second so I would encourage you to try out his steps

Ik it’s a lot but determination is key. Her time is 14.66 secs. My goal is around 13 secs Edit: I didn’t beat any one out but I am in the 100 for my last meet

When I putting my knee at that 90 degree angle it feels like I’m just running strait up and down and when thinking about it I feel like it makes me slower
The cool thing is you don't need to remember this while you're running. You just need to remember it while you're training and your subconscious will do the rest

This is not a good tip you need to strengthen your legs first and do daily walks or jogs for atleast 5 hours a day continually to actually get the right leg structure and add more calcium to your diet.
Ok im with you. I actually run like that after reading SBR. But it was not landing precisely on toes. Your heel touches briefly the ground, then you use your toe so you get faster.
