- I FINALLY bought a new car! I've NEVER had a brand new car. And you guys know I've been wanting a Mercedes G-Wagon for forever. I started looking at new cars over a year ago when I made this video.

The G-Wagon is my DREAM car, but it's not very practical for my lifestyle. My mom and I both liked the BMW brand--her car was super old too (and just happened to have a MAJOR issue the week before)--so we went back to the BMW dealership. I test drove the X5 and loved it.
Surprisingly, that day we BOTH ended up buying new cars. Our birthdays are 5 days apart, so I guess you can say they are birthday presents to ourselves! I got a 2021 BMW X5 and my mom got a 2020 BMW X3.

I’ve had my car 🚘 for 19 years...It got me from point ABC and D. I literally will drive it until the wheels fall off, and they have and I put them back on...keep rolling car note free! Congratulations to both you and your Mom on the new whips.

My current car is 13 years old. It’s a Toyota and it has over 250,000 miles on it. It’s great on gas and has never given me any real problems. I’ve only really had to buy new tires, get the oil changed every 10,000 miles because it’s uses premium oil, got 2 batteries, and an alternator. I have a 15 year old son who is learning how to drive. I’m going to give him my old car and buy a new one.
I feel the same way. I have a 2011 Toyota Camry SE that's paid off. When I'm tempted by the BMW/Lexuses etc., I just remember no car note 👌

I hated my previous Mercedes. Of course it was used, so there’s that!!! Anyone thinking about buying one, please remember how your money is looking. It’s not just the purchase. I’d still be driving my 2001 Toyota to this day if some idiot hadn’t totaled it 🙄 ended up with a used Ford but will definitely be switching back to Toyota when I can afford a new one. I trust them the most lol

Last year when you were looking for a car I remember being so happy for you. Meanwhile, I knew that my goal of getting another car was1-2yrs away... Well, my old car said nope, and died Memorial Day weekend. Because I had been actively working towards my goals the door opened and I was able to get another vehicle one day later. I live in an area were transportation is a necessity so I plan on keeping this car for a good minute. I tend to keep up with my vehicles similar to your mom, where most people assumed it was newer because maintained it (both exterior and interior).
