I have 3 doubts 1. Shouldn't we also include the user emotions on each stage 2. Are user journeys created with assumptions for both current state and future state? 3. What kind of research data do we need to know about the user and the product to create the User journey for current state & future state? Thanks for this video!
just be sure when you were filling robaca details and you add details like using 13inches MacBook is it means that most of our user's will be MacBook user's right?
Well done for beginners but I don't see the complexity I was looking for and how to define scope while working within the lifecycle of a large product. Where do you start and end when you are expanding a product area and so on.
I really love the quality of your videos and the content itself as a designer. It is helpful and very informative. Do you mind maybe telling us the software you are using for doing those user journeys ?
Great😍 could you please make a video for current state? My question is which data we use for a current product to map the user journey? Is it interviewing datas, usability tests datas or...?
Thanks for the video. It would be nice if you'd tune out, dimm or use not so upbeat music when you talk. I understand it works in intros/outros but during the actual content explanation it is quite distracting and fights against what you say. This way, you'll also differentiate more between intros, outros, ads and the content.

my question is that. if a person or a designer weak in to understnd the user journey ? how he/she can make or create a design through user journey?

Too old the approach, Journey track is a software which help a lot doing journey maps, easier, faster, you can share the info real time. Much better
