By agreeing to ID you are admitting that you are a 'suspicious person' and therefore creating an immortal surveillance record, and therefore agreeing to lose your golden right to being considered innocent, before even having an investigation take place to prove your guilt! Never ID unless you're driving, or you are guilty of a crime. Also, always STFU, and verbally claim the right to do so, unless you want to risk being considered guilty of crimes, byelaws, or regulations that you never even knew existed, by people who are trained to do so!

The judges of normality are present everywhere. We are in the society of the teacher-judge, the doctor-judge, the educator-judge, the social worker-judge; it is on them that the universal reign of the normative is based; and each individual, wherever he may find himself, subjects to it his body, his gestures, his behavior, his aptitudes, his achievements.
There are forms of oppression and domination which become invisible - the new normal. Power is not an institution, and not a structure; neither is it a certain strength we are endowed with; it is the name that one attributes to a complex strategical situation in a particular society.

Hi B B A, only one minute in and a person working for a security firm comes out to tell you a load of stuff that is none of your business, you are outside in a publicly accessible area.
All that 'advice' he offers you he should save until you try to enter the site.
His suggestion that you should not cross any boundaries, this is subject to the judgement of a court of law, if there are no closed barriers or fences there in an implied permission to enter, if it is obvious that this is used by the public with any reasonable frequency that court would not be likely to judge in the owner's favour.
The two cops that appear have a lot to learn!, he in particular is trying to assert authority he does not have if he wants to understand what you are doing and why all he has to do is wait and watch, he has no right to demand answers from you until he does have real evidence, until then his repeated assertion that he needs to get the evidence against you from you is utterly ridiculous.
When you tell him that you do have the evidence that he needs on your recording he must accept that at face value, if he considers that that is not enough for him to take appropriate action that is up to him but only an order of court can force you to submit that evidence.
You do a pretty good job of resisting their unlawful demands, hr insists that he has been fair and decent with you when he has been nothing of the sort!.
    Cheers, Richard.

    people and property; and that
while I continue to hold the said
office I will to the best of my skill
    and knowledge discharge all the
    duties thereof faithfully
    according to law.”
Sir Robert Peel’s nine principles of policing
    1. The basic mission for which the police
exist is to prevent crime and disorder.
    2. The ability of the police to perform their
duties is dependent upon public approval
    of police actions.
    3. Police must secure the willing
cooperation of the public in voluntary
observance of the law to be able to
secure and maintain the respect of the
    public.
    4. The degree of co-operation of the public
    that can be secured diminishes
proportionately to the necessity of the
    use of physical force.
    5. Police seek and preserve public favour not
by catering to public opinion but by
    constantly demonstrating absolute
    impartial service to the law.
    6. Police use physical force to the extent
necessary to secure observance of the law
or to restore order only when the exercise
of persuasion, advice and warning is
    found to be insufficient.
    7. Police, at all times, should maintain a
relationship with the public that gives
reality to the historical tradition that the
police are the public and the public are
the police; the police being the only members
of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are
incumbent on every citizen in the
    interests of community welfare and
    existence.
    8. Police should always direct their action
strictly towards their functions and never
appear to usurp the powers of the
    judiciary.
    9. The test of police efficiency is the
absence of crime and disorder, not the
visible evidence of police action in dealing
    with it.

You had to prove your innocence even though in UK law, you are innocent until proven guilty. This arrogant copper did nothing to prove anything. His first port of call should have been with the supposed complainant and view any of their footage, not to accuse you of non existent offences.

So he got a call that there's been a lot of shouting and swearing going on. Meanwhile there'll have been calls about burglaries, muggings and yobs causing trouble....but obviously they don't count do they. Pathetic....and what a joke of a cop he was.
