- HAVEN - the dream home of Mr. Joe and Mrs. Lakshmi with box type elevation and elegant and unique combination of ideas like walk-in-wardrobe, loft net floor, indoor water courtyard, sunken living space, and a glass room, constructed to meet the requirements of the happy inmates.
Completed on 13 March 2022 by Engineer Vivek Philip and Neethu Vivek of Fortis Arbor Structural Engineers and Construction Consultants, Puthupally, Kottayam, Kerala.
Total Floor Area: 2850 sq.ft.
Plot-area: 10 cents.
Location: Panachikad, Kottayam.
Number of bedrooms: 3

Beautiful home Lakshmi .. What material you have used for outdoor furniture ? The flooring in the living space is it tile or engineered wood ?
Outdoor furniture was all made by Teak wood itself.
Flooring is all vitrified tiles..

Tested upto 150 kg. There are a total of 72 hooks welded to the slab reinforcement each of which can carry 100 kgs. Also, the loft net is under high tension and 4 layers are provided.
Still, We don't recommend jumping up and down.
