How in the hell did you figure that out? Bravo 👏 Usually they'll just rebuild those so how does the case get mixed up? Unless you guys ordered a reman one and they sent you one with a close but different casing
Hello, all your videos inspire to progress in this area, i'm work on this 6 years before and we have so much work, can you recommend any model of picoscope for Gas-LP,Diesel, and electric forklift technician?, i work with Raymond, crown, Yale, Hyster, Toyota, and in some times with others brands in Mexico., can you have any book or fundaments to know to get better on this? thanks for all your videos.
Good catch. I wonder if the phase of the sensor signal changes as you rotate the sensor. I like this style sensor. So much easier to replace than a sensor bearing.
If you ever think about moving to the United States, I have a job waiting for you. We make great money working on lifts here. I don’t where your currently located, but your English is fantastic.
Just swap the channel A and channel be wires on the sensor side. Truck stays oem, sensor now works ( with a non-oem wired sensor ). That’s a great catch though. Where the heck in the world are you to see that?
...i dont get it, those sensors are not supposed to be directional, you should be able to duck tape it in any angle and it should work the same way, there has to be something else going on there
This style of sensor has two sensors in one (phase A and phase B). The computer is watching the sequence of each phase for direction and frequency of each phase for speed. Being that the sensor was 180 deg out, the computer is seeing opposite direction than it’s expecting. If it were a single signal sensor, you’re correct the angle wouldn’t matter.
Anyone have toy diesel code 12-4, how often harness issue or always turbo????? Why are these forklifts such crap now. Toyota ran forever in the 7 series days
Now that is some impressive detective work. I never would have thought that could even be a possibility.
Mr Raymond

Couldn't you just order a sensor for an end rider?
