I can say this from my time studying pre law even a clean cut case can drag on upwards of a year or longer because plea deals and evidence still being uncovered plus a bunch of technical lawyer speak and also trying to find a court or trial to be as fair as possible in a guaranteed guilty verdict is kind of impossible

The problem is that tna decided they wanted her as a new top knockout and they decided that she was it and took the same route that wwe took with roman reigns when he started solo and tried to shove her down our thoats like we have no choice but to love her when she clearly wasn't at the level where she needed to be in order to compete with knockouts of the caliber at the time she just wasn't ready
Here's the thing though: at least Roman had good moves. At least he had something he was good at, so while a member of the Shield, he got over by doing that. SomeJobber Bolt was good at the mic, but she wasn't good in the ring, so every time the bell rang the crowd's energy was sapped. So yeah, I think this was worse than the Roman Reigns experiment.
Oh yea she wrestled after the WWE she was getting better she almost beat Awesome Kong, but the fans didn’t want it , they thought she was a joke, she got injured and retired from wrestling in the ring.
Not typical of the American justice system but it can be done if you have a good lawyer and you are afraid you might be judged as guilty. It can also happen if the state doesn't have a good case and wants a plea, they can drag it out in hopes the defendant doesn't have the money to continue to pay a lawyer.
Some wrestlers start a year of jobbing to see if they have the stamina and fortitude to continue in the business as so ensuring they don't let their egos run them, especially those with rookie years. Possible this was a test to see if she had it and decided it wasn't worth it.
TNA deserves some love for pushing ladies of color along with the pigeons n shit. The more you do your vids, they really tried to put some people up there even if it didn't go well Idk I was cool with Sojo when she was active and I was watching 👐🏼
Love or hate him, doubt his credentials when working with Rock & Austin, but you honestly cannot take away the fact that the knockout division owe their success to Vince Russo & Jeremy Borash as that was their baby, you could try to negate their influence, but you’d have a better chance at finally getting poor Mrs. Judy Bagwell off that forklift then you would taking Russo’s writing & detailed character work from the Knockouts, and I can descriptively tell you exactly who is who that division for years… only exception this chick because the only thing I remember about her is looking at a fan website, dedicated, backstage leaks, and all that and each week being confused on how to pronounce her first name regardless of how many Thursdays heard it on impact I could never pronounce it.

Also, AJ Styles had returned to WWE and has gone back to The Lone Wolf gimmick from IMPACT Wrestling.
