    Save your money. Got one to try out but it aint stiff enough to support a G19. Good for non cc use only.

    Not only was this a very solid review but it was also solid evidence of that Supernatural ghost caught on camera at 7:17. Even the spirit world trying to get their hands on this belt ! !

    With regards to the Bigfoot belt... you could just swap out the buckle. You don't have to use the one it comes with

    Anyone know of comparisons between this and the KORE Trakline series? Because the KORE ones look a little more "casual" (ie, I prefer the look of the x3 buckles). You can also take the buckle off easier with those for things like security checkpoints.
    So would that make the Blade-Tech ones sturdier?

    • @axle8809
      @axle8809 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had the more trakline and the buckle pulled off the belt twice and then the buckle broke. This one may be better cause of the set screws

    Bought a kore gun belt after seeing the suggestion from a TH-camr, and I have no regrets. It's worth every penny in my opinion. Amazing quality and outstanding stiffness to really hold your weapon in place. Definitely a must buy for concealed carry.

    If you prefer ratchet belts for CCW I would say go with Kore Essential belts. They far outlasted my web Bladetech belt that I bought after seeing this video 6 years ago BUT did NOT last long. Got a kore belt and its still going almost 5 years later!! That says something in my world were these days too many things break too fast.

    Your concealed carry is a fail….tight form fitting underarmour is NOT the right choice for concealed carry…..very funny

    Legally Armed gotta say our gun shops carry the Kore belts and thats what all the guys here wear. Theyre the best hands down and completely support owb cc for glocks or 1911 or any full size rigs. Last year we had Bladetech that nexbelt makes I believe but had too many returns and breakages. It wasn't good situation. Your carrying iwb but any belt is ok for that. Sorry but that plastic box was terrible when a customer took the belts out it was really hard to roll it to get them back in the box.

  • @JoshArmstrong1996
    @JoshArmstrong1996 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Kore is the better choice. I bought a Bladetech belt made by the nexbelt company with the similar track system. It was obviously cheap, the releasing lever broke 6 months after edc, it scratched easy (both the belt material and the buckle) and wore out after only two years!!!! My kore belt is noticeably better made, more positive, better metal for the buckle, and leaps and bounds built more sturdy.

    I have a Black and Brown leather Trak Line belt with a rigid insert. It's a nice dress belt for work and everyday edc. Its decent for small to medium pistols and has same ratcheting system. I like this option for summer due to nylon material. How rigid is the belt?

    • @Koreessentialsbrand
      @Koreessentialsbrand 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    I use the Kore belt for EDC with a 1911 a double mag pouch and it works perfectly. It’s extremely durable and sturdy enough to hold the weight with ease. I give it a high recommend, if you need an awesome gun belt.

    This is a complete take off from the Kore essential belt, down to the ratchet system. I don't believe this company has developed this on their own because Kore came out with this design back in 2012/2013.

    I own 3 Kore belts now, and they're damn good. Forget the holes! Go with the track! This system is a game changer. It makes a Huge difference over a conventional belt. For ease of adjustment and comfort there is no equal. Buy one and see for yourself then be prepared to buy more to fit your everyday needs whether dressing up or going to the hardware store, these belts help you look good, keep your pants in place and hold your concealed carry in place rock solid.

    Did they buy that design from mission belt? Or steal it. I have the same exact belt, completely different manufacturer. But yes it is the absolute best gun belt I ever had!

    • @yourbuddystan9547
      @yourbuddystan9547 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    My experience puts Kore gun belts above the Nexbelts. I unfortunately acquired the bladetech belts by nexbelt at at a gun shop and it wasn't stiff enough by long shot and the buckle wouldn't lock securely so it was useless. Waste of money pretty much. At the shot show this year I came across kore booth and checked them out they seemed better. So ordered on;line. And they've been awesome. kore is stiffer and buckle locks solid which is important when cc loaded 1911 IWB for 8 hours every day. so that;s where i would put my money.

    Consider Vedder Holster's QR EDC Belt for $60! You'll thank me later. This Bladetech belt doesn't appear stiff enough for my liking and might not hold up more EDC stuff like mag, flashlight, Blow Out Kit, carriers, etc. I don't know. It's just something to consider. I get my EDC Belts from a local retailer because I like to support locally owned businesses as much as possible. If I didn't already have two QR EDC Belts that I like very much, I'd have one on order from Vedder (or someone that makes similar equipment). Only drawback is they're not designed for formal type wear so you'll need a backup "formal" EDC Belt of somekind for those funerals and weddings, etc. Galco is where I usu go for those. They also run about $60. Or did last one I bought about a year ago. Fwiw.

    I'm a Detective with the LAPD, as well as a Department firearms instructor for 20 years, and use Kore's gun belt to carry my 1911 handgun, two 10 round magazines, cuff case, flashlight and Leatherman multi-tool everyday. After 2 years its still going strong. Many of my co-workers wear Kore after my recommendation. You won’t be disappointed.

    Kore Makes the Best Dam Belt Ever!!
    I bought a Kore gun belt and wanted to give it a real test before I rated it, so far this is the Best Quality and Best Built Gun Belt that I have ever purchased. I originally purchased this "Gun Belt" to have a Conveniently, Strong, Good Looking, Belt that I could use for a CCW Holster of my choosing. I will Purchase another one soon. Very Impressed!!

Blade tech copied Kores design and started producing it in China I got sucked into buying one of these and I'm disappointed the little lever broke off first time I used it it's and the company won't stand behind it when you call them unless you bought it directly from them in which case they expect you to pay $15 shipping to replace it

    Soo. they basically copied the KORE belt with the ratcheting design and how you just cut it down. But KORE's belts actualy look like normal dress belts, very stylish and they dont have any screws to mess around with.

    • @elbowtko
      @elbowtko 7 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Thats actually one of the major problems with the kore belt line. The buckle is only clamped by teeth and that wears down over time as oppose to being helped by set screws.

    • @MrLightning1776
      @MrLightning1776 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, in the Air Force we have to wear belts just like the Kore (obviously no ratcheting system). If you have to make an adjustment and don't slam the teeth into the belt hard enough, or if you have an old belt the teeth come up ALL THE DAMN TIME. Infuriating when you stand up and your belt falls apart.

    • @Koreessentialsbrand
      @Koreessentialsbrand 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Our teeth are long and dig deep into the belt to hold it firmly. They don't wear down over time. Thanks.
