Four months gives you plenty of time to sort out everything below the waterline, including repainting as she looks a little rough. Have enjoyed this series. Bring on the next..

Use acid tone to clean rust because stainless is machined with steel equipment.and leaves steel dust on all stainless best if done before using stainless screws and fasteners !

Bags of cat litter you pop holes in the bags. Place them around. They soak up the molds. And you need ALERT cameras. And GPS trackers on the dingy the motor.
